This hotel did not live up to our expectations. Our main requirement when choosing a hotel was that it had to be clean, however we were bitterly disappointed the moment we walked into our room. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and had hair everywhere and the toilet was dirty and had poo stuck on the toilet seat. We reported this to the reception who sent the housekeeper to clean it but no compensation or remediation was offered for this at all. The apology came with an eye roll and was so half hearted, it looked like it took every ounce of effort to muster. Additionally, the outlets were not working in the room either. Most importantly, we paid extra for sea view rooms. Instead we were given a room with a pebble view with the tiniest slither of a sea view. Once again we bought this to the hotel management attention, and in the first instance, they tried to argue that because we’d arrived at night time, we couldn’t see the sea view properly. Begrudgingly they agreed to switch our rooms the next day, but not before they tried to put all 5 of us (2 separate families who’d paid for 2 separate rooms) into one room where 2 of us would’ve had to sleep on sofa beds!! They tried to make us believe we were getting an upgrade just because there was a jacuzzi in the room, however, we had not paid for 2 of us to sleep uncomfortably on sofa beds for the duration of our stay!! When they swapped our room, they acted like they were doing us a favour even though it was what we paid for. On another day during our stay, they again tried to put us all in 1 room, but again we declined their measly offer as the second bed in that room was to be a sofa bed or a camping bed! It is our belief that they were just trying to resell our rooms. They offered us the pavilion but then took back the offer and said it wasn’t available when we tried to book it. Like other people have said in their reviews, if you are brown and visibly Muslim, be prepared for a different experience. The hotel staff very much pander to their white guests and ignore all others. Because of that, the white guests act like very entitled people with no manners. You can see the staff bantering with the white guests and very attentive to them. For example, the staff are constantly waiting on their tables asking them if everything’s ok and if they need anything. But not once in our whole stay there, did anyone come to ask us the same. Other issues we had: it is a fully smoking hotel so not great if you are asthmatic. This was not mentioned anywhere on their site. There is no iron in the room. There is no hook in bathroom, which is a small but very inconvenient issue when showering and changing. White guests got their inflatables blown up free of charge but when we asked, they tried to charge us! Extortionate prices for taxis - as someone else has mentioned in another review, the difference in prices for locals vs visitors for taxis is actually disgusting. Our replacement room was next to a lift which was convenient but very noisy. Cleaners are also noisy when hoovering in the morning, banging against the doors and corridors. Our room had a leaky shower pipe also. Food options were basic, bland and very repetitive. On our last day there, we asked if we could have a later checkout and they said we could, but for a charge!! Never in any other hotel we’ve stayed at, in any other country, have we ever been charged for a couple of hours late checkout. Absolute joke. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it was on the beach. Also a shoutout to Yusuf who helped us set up a parasol by the pool. He was really kind and seemed like a genuinely nice person.

It’s with a heavy heart that I put only three stars on this hotel. It’s an interesting choice to make a Japanese style hotel in Turkey. The good result of that was an aisle that served exclusively Asian food at dinner which was exquisite. The negative result is that the interior of the hotel is quite dark, kind of a maze to get to the pools and the only Japanese art is cheap prints. Food was 4 stars, nice choice and some variation everyday. I think it tasted like typical hotel food, and except the Asian aisle, lacked flavour. Some extra care or seasoning would’ve elevated some dishes that looked great but lacked the yummy taste. The service is disappointing. The room cleaning times were not very consistent. Most cleaning staff doesn’t speak English to the point they won’t understand a “no do not enter I’m changing” when they come in for house cleaning. We’ve had many occurrences of staff coming in without knocking or not waiting for a confirmation. I recommend putting “do not disturb” and hope that’s not the moment they come to clean your room. Attention, most signs aren’t accurate (age limits, time…) the after ten bar is actually not 14+ but 18+ and doesn’t start after 10 💀 Time for activities like Pilates was inaccurate in app, and depends on which poster you look, sometimes it’s available everyday and sometimes one day out of two. Most barmen were lovely, some unfortunately seemed petty, almost as if they were bad mouthing you in Turkish. I was also confused how some outside bars had cocktails and some (like the beach bar) only soft drinks like Fanta and sprite. We paid for a sea view, only to live, sure with a beautiful view, but all the noise of cars and delivery trucs all day long. Management was quick to change us rooms though. This was much appreciated. Having lived in two rooms we had faced technical issues in both. Once the safe didn’t work, and in both rooms, the doors of the room and bathroom had some lock issues. For the pools, and sea nothing to say. As in all hotels, secure a spot with a towel ASAP and then you’re good. Sea has a very little amount of stones which is better than in Antalya. The location in itself is great, quite near to the airport, however note that most apothecaries are closed and you have to walk 20mins to find one.

This is our 3rd stay in Turkey. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. We checked in and the bell boy took our bags to our room. We had a look around the hotel, then got some food at 11pm. As we had not eaten properly on our journey. We went back to our room to go to bed. We pulled back the sheets to see a big stain on the sheets. We phoned the reception to complain and they changed the bed sheets. Next day same thing happened, but it was a mark on the sheet rather than a stain. This made us a bit paranoid, so we found ourselves checking the towels and the bed clothes before using them. So Ive knocked off a star for this. The hotel itself is very nice, the bar area, restuarant and pool area are clean and tidy. The staff are nice and friendly, especially the cleaner of our room. The cleaner put ballons up in our room on my partners birthday. The room itself was nice, with a nice bathroom and a dressing area type room for your clothes. We had a nice balcony with side sea view. The food on offer was plentyful and of good quality. On 3 occasions we found it hard to get a table for diner between 7pm and 7:30pm in the main restuarant. There were also occasions, where we found it difficult to order a drinks and had a long wait. So Ive taken off a star for this. The hotel entertainment is very good and we went every night to watch a show. The hotel is situated within walking distances of shops, which is also good. If you go to the pool after 10am, its a challenge to find a sun bed. People put towels on them and dont use them. Would I stay here again? Maybe but it would depend on price.

Firstly the positives. Lovely staff, very clean, amazing pools and slides that will entertain you and the kids for a week with ease, and some of the best daytime and evening entertainment I've seen in a hotel. Foam party and MJ tribute act my highlights... oh and the kids loved the mini disco every night. Beach is also a bonus with direct access. It was 40 degrees when we went in August, but we were happy to find that some of the pools and the playground had plenty of shade as did sunbeds on the beach. In summary, during the day, this hotel is great! The food is OK. Plenty of choice but not the best food I've had in a 5 star hotel. They also barely change it each day so it's a bit boring after a week. It's fine, but not amazing. My bugbear with this hotel is the late night entertainment. After the evening show (which is great) they have another "after 10 disco" and on Saturday and Wednesday there are outside DJ sets. It is incredibly loud and our first room had no curtains so the disco lights went into our room. The noise and lights kept the family awake until midnight. Even after moving rooms (to a smaller room with no discount offered) to the 7th floor, some nights we could hear the music until nearly 2am. For a family hotel I found these late night events irritating and unnecessary. Especially at the volume they were playing it at.

❤️❤️🥰FANTASTIC HOLIDAY IN LIMAKLARA❤️This year in July we visited the LIMAKLARA DE LUXE hotel in Antalya. Thank you for the wonderful attitude of the entire staff, who took care every day to make us feel as good as possible. And they really succeeded. We have the most beautiful memories, endless experiences, indescribably spent days in this hotel. We thank the cooks for the preparation of very tasty meals, the kind attitude of the waiters, the maids for the perfect cleanliness of the room, the regular replenishment of the mini bar and the wonderful animators for the rich program. We thank you very much and with love. their smiles and friendly hugs. This hotel left a piece of you all in us forever❤️. We recommend spending your vacation in this hotel LIMAKLARA DE LUXE❤️, because satisfaction depends primarily on who is there for you. The staff at this hotel are warm, helpful and unique. We will definitely come back and look forward to new experiences together. We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to experience a fairytale vacation. THANK YOU❤️ With love Emília, Timea, Ella and Matej from the Slovak Republic.

Very good price-quality ratio in a very beautiful resort! Own final score: 8.5/10 (they tried to trick me and give me a room specially designed for people with disabilities, but they changed it in the end). Advantages: - cooperative staff; - large restaurant and diverse and tasty food; - bar with non-stop drinks; - private beach; - water park; - very nice shows with professional dancers (I would have paid for those dance shows); - very good cocktails in specific glasses, - the games organized in the resort. Disadvantages: Smoke from the restaurant terrace; high prices at the SPA; very high humidity (it was also the peak period, but with the swimming pools right outside the hotel, the humidity felt very bad in the evening); small variety of games (at least for children). Conclusion? It is worth going to this hotel if you get a ticket at a good price and if you just want to stay in the resort without exploring the surroundings and only chill out. I recommend you to highlight the month of July because we were not so pleased with the temperature this month.
