We stayed at the Delphin Deluxe from the 19th October until the 26th October 2019 for 7 nights. Now it takes a lot for me to complain and I think this is the first time I have had to write such a review but as they say there is always a first time for everything! We were a family of 13 (6 adults and 7 children) and had booked four rooms which were the ultra all inclusive package. Overall we had a great time and the kids enjoyed it.

The reception staff were OK.The rooms were very nice and clean with good views overlooking the tennis courts. The rooms were well equipped with all that you needed (robes, drinks, towels and amenities such as toothpaste, comb, ear buds, shower gel etc).I have been blessed to stay in many hotels around the world whilst travelling on business or on holidays - this was rated a 5 star hotel and in comparison to other hotels i would say the surroundings and the opulence of the hotel are about 4 star if somewhat dated and needing a bit of a freshen up. However, the service from the staff i would rate as 1/2 star as it all depends on your nationality and very sad to say this your skin colour as has been mentioned many a time in other reviews by people. There were not all like that there were some brilliant staff members aswell (about 20%) and this was the cleaning ladies, the towel lady (always had a big smile and greeted everyone) and some of the waiters were nice.

However, the biggest issue was the service on numerous occasions we came and sat at our table and no one came to serve us until we literally had to get up and call them over whereas the Germans and Russians were served more quicker than Imelda Marcos changes her shoes - the waiters would run to them and they would have drinks and cutlery straight away. We did have on some occasions waiters who were attentative and served us well but they were far and few (Ali the waiter was the best of the bunch).

The general crowd in the hotel was mainly Germans who were not the friendliest and when trying to engage with some of them with chit chat and small talk looked at us like we were from another planet - met some other english families and it was nice to hear now and again and english accent and have some general chit chat.

Now the final day of our stay was really spoiled for what was overall a decent holiday. We asked for a late check out and the manager who was really nice said we could have 1 room until 4pm which really helped as we had an infant who needed to sleep. However, there was some mis-communication and we kept getting calls and people knocking saying we had to check out - so we went down and spoke to the manager who got that sorted - she was really nice. Then we checked out and brought our bags down and we had just got our bags outside in the sitting area when the bell boy called Romazan came running over faster than Usain Bolt and had cut off our wrist bands saying “its finished” and for “security reasons” which was very surprising as we later realised the German guests who were also checking out with there bags still had there wrist bands on were being asked and served drinks! One family even left the hotel on the bus with there luggage to the airport with wristbands on. Later on we saw many guests with wristbands still on the aeroplane! I confronted Romazan and Ali and told them why that family and other families still had wrist bands on - they very rudely told me again “its finished” so I explained to the manager why have we not been treated the same as the other guests. I got some lame excuse that “no they are not going Airport they are going on excursion” So i asked her what with there suitcases with a bus saying airport transfer!!! This really ruined our holiday and even the kids were distraught and had seen how we were being treated differently! I then again saw bellboy Ali outside who had within seconds developed a personality transplant on par with Jekyll and Hyde and was greeting some European guests with a smile as wide as a Cheshire cat whilst walking past us again miserably!

Great hotel but...

We visited this hotel end of July to beginning of August 2025. It was the first time coming to Antalya.

We landed at around 10pm. The coach transfer to the hotel did not take very long 15 mins max, we were also the first to be dropped off.

Check in was quick and easy, we were given a room on the first floor. It was overlooking the quiet pool and the Delphin Imperial next door. The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed. He also explained how the AC works, which we were thankful for.

The room itself had no issues, but we did find that the sliding door leading to the balcony was not closing fully. As we were told if the door is open, the AC would stop working. We called down to reception and an engineer came up right away. He managed to get the door to close for that night. We did find the next day they had managed to fully fix it while we were out during the day. There is a mini bar fridge in the room. this is free and topped up daily with water, drinks, beers and snacks. The hotel has had a major refurb this year, we found it to be very elegant and luxurious. Everything from the decor to the quality of the facilities felt very top quality.

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day. Drinks are served to guests by waiters/waitresses on roller-skates. Zeynep was fantastic at getting the drinks and snacks orders back to us promptly and more importantly the order being correct. We found other waiters to sometimes get the order incorrect and bring us a different drink as to what was actually ordered. Some waiters were writing the order down which would have helped if they all did the same.

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax. The food variety is immense. You can always find something to eat. This was something we were unsure about whenever we go away. Some members of my family are vegetarian, so its important everyone is able to get a good meal. Some points to perhaps consider for future improvements would be for the veg items to be labelled more clearly, use different coloured serving utensils for Veg. Also myself being a meat eater but does not eat Beef due to religious reasons, the food labelling sometimes just said Meat or kebab etc. Maybe you should include what exact meat it is from. Sometimes the chef found it difficult to understand English when I questioned which meat, the dish was made from. I did mention this to guest relations.

Overall this was an exceptional hotel which cannot be faulted. I would definitely come back here with the...

We visited Delphin Palace Hotel for a week stay.

Positives during our stay:

Location is very good as it is locataed on Lara Beach.

All inclusive so plenty food options throughout the day. There is a buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner with alot of options.

During the day outside there is a snack bar serving baked potatoes, pizzas, chicken wings, fried and waffles etc.

There are also beach shacks that serve different food like chicken/lamb doner, burgers, fries etc.

Relaxing pool is very good and drinks are served to your sun lounger. Many drink options and plenty non alcoholic drinks.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Although there was no iron provided in the rooms and there was a charge for ironing. The shower was powerful. Many toiletries were provided together with dental kits etc. We had a room with semi sea view and balcony and the view was good enough although being warm we did not use the balcony much.

Mini Bar in the rooms was free and unlimited.

After 1am you could order food from room service and although limited options this was inclusive also.

There is a Irish Bar that serves food from 10pm - 6am options are limited and very traditional turkish dishes are served in a mini buffet.

The beach was nice and clean and not overly busy they have a pier bar also and that can be busy.

We booked the Yatch Ride and it took you to the Duden Waterfalls and Caves. It was a very good trip and cost around 40 euro each and was around 70 minutes long.

Staff members were always good and helpful. Guest Relations was always helpful and i want to mention BERKAY he was always helpful from the first day.

WiFi was excellent.

Negatives:

The air conditioning could be better in common areas as it does get very very warm.

As mentioned there is no Iron or Ironing Board provided in rooms.

Some staff spoke no English not really a major issue.

The amusement area for children indoors was all to be paid for.

There is a barber on site but the beard trim was not the best.

The lifts can get very busy and very slow.

The waterpark is small but they are constructing another one which is assume will be better.

The Turkish restaurant was very average.

Overall it was a good stay and a good week away. I would recommend staying here and possibly would come back again.

Also to note we did go out few evenings to the local markets that were 5 minutes away from hotel.

There is also a mosque located around a 10...

# Five Stars and a Standing Ovation for Delphin Palace Hotel! **★★★★★ "So Perfect, I Thought I Was Dreaming (But the All-Inclusive Buffet Was Real)"** Listen, I've stayed at hotels before, but Delphin Palace didn't just exceed my expectations – it grabbed them, did a little dance, and then launched them into orbit around the Turkish Riviera. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew this place was special. The marble floors were so shiny I could see my reflection giving me a thumbs up. The staff greeted me like I was a long-lost relative returning from war, except instead of tears, there were welcome drinks and towel animals. My room? Forget about it. I'm pretty sure it was bigger than my actual apartment back home. The bed was so comfortable that I had to set seventeen alarms just to make sure I'd eventually leave it for the breakfast buffet. And that view of the Mediterranean? Let's just say my phone storage is now 90% sunset photos that I'll definitely never delete. The food situation was basically a culinary theme park. I'm convinced the chefs were wizards because I ate approximately 47 different dishes over three days and somehow each one was better than the last. The breakfast alone had more variety than most countries' entire cuisines. I may have audibly gasped when I saw the dessert section – twice. The pools were so pristine I felt guilty disturbing the water. The beach was like someone had photoshopped real life to look more tropical. Even the seagulls seemed more sophisticated here, probably because they were eating better than I do at home. By day three, I was genuinely concerned they were going to ask me to leave because I'd become too comfortable. I started referring to the pool bar staff by their first names and had memorized the housekeeping schedule. In conclusion, Delphin Palace Hotel is so perfect that I'm now suspicious of all other hotels. They've ruined me for regular vacation experiences. I'm already planning my return trip before I've even fully unpacked. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy having your mind blown by exceptional service, incredible food, and the kind of luxury that makes you question why you ever stayed anywhere else. *P.S. - The Wi-Fi was so good I could video call my jealous friends in HD while floating in the pool. That's when you know you've found paradise.* **10/10 would get spoiled rotten again.**
