Great for those new to Turkey and want a way to book tours easily! Emre helped me book 2 tours: one to Oludeniz and another to Dalyan. He was very responsive and helpful and even gave me some tips on how to get around Fethiye and answered any questions I had. I paid him through Revolut, but he was flexible if I wanted to put a deposit through Revolut and the rest in cash in person.

The two tours I booked were from other local tour operators which I didn’t expect. It would’ve been nice to know who they booked me with beforehand because on the day of pick-up for the Dalyan tour I didn’t know which bus or company to look for and waited almost 30 minutes outside my hotel for one of the buses with no way of contacting that company.

I also noticed the tour operators offices along the Calis boardwalk and prices were cheaper than they were on Fethiye Tours. So if you’re not in a rush, it could be fine booking in person at Seaside Travels if you’re staying on Calis beach.

For the tours themselves: as a solo traveler, I loved the Dalyan tour with Seaside Travel, it included different stops with enough time at each and wasn’t too packed with people. I wasn’t a fan of the Oludeniz boat trip with Focus Tours because it was extremely crowded and better suited for families with children. There was barely space to swim at some stops. I enjoyed a nice day on the Oludeniz boat day tour with 5 stops on May 14, 2023. I booked the trip through Emre of Fethiye Tours (info@fethiyetours.com, www.fethiyetours.com, +90 531 679 7082). Emre was very communicative using email and WhatsApp, and came in person to my hotel to collect my cash payment for the trip. It was a pleasure to work with him. The trip was very scenic with the mountains rising from the shore and all the islands. It was a pleasant day and the water good for a brisk swim or snorkel. The lunch was also good. My only suggestions are: • at the start of the trip for the boat to go as close to the entrance to Blue Lagoon as the depth of the water and swimming areas permit and tell people about it; • tell guests a little more about St. Nicholas Church and Butterfly Valley and what options and time limits people have there (at least I didn’t hear the English information on these two stops very clearly); and • drivers of the shuttle to the boat trip be clear on the pick-up point after the boat trip. I recommend the Oludeniz Boat Trip and use of Fethiye Tours to arrange and book it. Those staying in Fethiye or another town and wishing to walk or swim on Oludeniz Beach and Blue Lagoon after the tour can easily take a dolmus back from in front of where the boat is moored on the beach for minimal cost...
