The GPS will take you to the wrong side of the hill. You want to be on the side closest to the marina/port. There is a parking area covered with garbage but is right by the trailhead. The trail is hard to recognize because it is overgrown so you will have to use the satellite view on Google Maps to get you in the right spot. From there just hike up the hill 100 yards or so and you will be at the top. All of the carvings are on the rocks on the ground and you will have to search around for them.
