Dear Etihad Airways Customer Service,
I am writing to address a pressing matter regarding a wrongful charge that has persisted since March 13th. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue through your recommended channels, including numerous calls to your call centres and communication via Facebook, I have encountered only delays and deflections from your representatives.
The redirection to the Facebook team, as advised by Etihad's customer response, has proven entirely useless. The Facebook team simply redirects me to the call centres, which has repeatedly proven to be ineffective. This cycle of redirection and delay is unacceptable, and it has only caused more frustration and concerns about Etihadâs trustworthiness.
Despite promises of investigation and resolution within 24-48 hours each call, I have seen no progress or meaningful action taken to address this issue. And yet again, todayâs calls and interaction with the Facebook team reiterated the same request for an additional 24-hour wait. The repeated requests for additional time only serve to prolong the situation.
Given the lack of tangible progress and the apparent inability of your customer service team to address my concerns, I must escalate this matter. I intend to file a police report regarding this fraudulent charge and require immediate access to all relevant documentation, including call logs and email trails related to the promised investigation.
Furthermore, I demand direct communication with a competent team within Etihad Airways capable of providing a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. The ongoing delays and lack of accountability are simply unacceptable and must be addressed with the...
   Read moreI was travelling with my 4 yr old daughter and I had a flight from amsterdam at 11.30am to Bombay but it was delayed and no help or claim or voucher generated. After this Flight was about to depart at 3 pm but it was departed at 4.30pm just because the ground staff were so slaughtered and i missed my connecting flight to bombay now I am stuck at abudhabi airport. They took my passport for immigration to provide me next day flight. And staff says it takes 8 hrs to get the visa. After waiting for 8 hours at airport time is like 12.30 am to 7.30 am I am not getting any help from staff for my visa done also got no place to sleep and had to wait on the chair the whole night. They didnt provide a lounge facility also they didnt allow us for paid lounge facility... Look at the height of situation and they are so rude in answering in every question they answer that they dont know anything. Than what are we doing at airport. Hopeless ground staff at amsterdam and at abudhabi as well. They dont understand passengers concerns and their worries to reach their destination. Date of my travel is 6/7/2022 and i will reach to bombay on 8/7/2022. It took 3 days to reach without sleep.    Read moreWorst possible place to put an Etihad office building! The skinny road in front of the building is meant to be a 2 lane road to access the apartment buildings and basement parking areas. The pickup and drop-off vehicles in front of this building cause traffic jams every day. People park their cars in the middle of the road for hours ignoring the security guards, cars and taxis wait in line always blocking 1 lane. The staff and visitors here who park in the street are very rude and inconsiderate to the residents and other people who use this road. This causes the road to be completely blocked multiple times every day.
Also, the smoking area behind the building in a high-traffic walking area that is a complete mess. There is a constant revolving mass of smokers that congregate in the garden area behind the building creating an obscene amount of smoke on a daily basis (except weekends). The giant ash trays are full of cigarette butts and also the surrounding bushes, flowers, and walking paths are littered with them as well as trash.
Please train the staff who work in this building (and also their drivers) to keep a constant flow of traffic and to pick up after themselves. This is not a good image for a...
