Horrible Service, Rude behaviour from staff, and disappointing customer experience.

It's because the staff "Jude and Alfie" were extremely impolite the moment we entered. It seemed they were not happy to see a group of 10 - family and friends.

One of us had coupons issued by milestones coffee company itself, which we have used at other milestone branches. But here in this branch, they did not let us use even one coupon the way its mentioned, e.g., "Buy 1 get 1 free any drink in menu" they said you can buy some specific drinks only and not any drink. They said if you buy one cold drink, we will give you free only small hot drink and not the same one.

We tried to convince them that it says from your company, "any drink in menu and menu is also published here with coupon buy 1 get1 free any drink," and it says valid in all branches.

Plus, we explained that last week only in other milestone braches we faced no issues and earlier we had 2 drinks e.g. mocha frappe with mocha frappe deer fields mall branch and in Al hosn branch we had Acai smoothie. They said our manager has said and they you can not use it. They also said other branches are doing wrong. They don't know. They even said you know you know how expensive Acai drink is.

The worst part was that they did not know how to talk politely to the customer. The guy Jude was super, super rude.

We had kids with us, and they witnessed their customer unfriendly behaviour. I explained to him that I am a vice president of a very reputed company in Abu Dhabi, and in 25 years of my professional experience, I have never faced such arrogant behaviour from customer fscing staff. But the staff at Al raha beach tower milestones coffee maintained their impoliteness and disinterest in serving us.

We said we all live in Al muneera and come here often, but they would not budge on anything.

Ultimately, we all left and went to "Jones the Grocer" in our Al muneera community and had lovely dinner and cold drinks. Unfortunately, milestones coffee at Al raha Beach Tower lost business from us, i.e., from me and my friends forever.

I will also write to GM and CEO of milestones coffee because this franchisee at Al raha Beach Tower is impacting milestones' brand and reputation and also the business they will lose, will ofcourse go to the competitors.

In my humble opinion, there must be serious action or warnings given to both these staff members, Jude and Alfie, for their rude behaviour, losing business and, above all, losing your long-standing loyal customers.

I even told them i would complain, but they still maintained their arrogance.

It spoiled our mood as we had gone to enjoy the Saturday evening with friends and have a cup of coffee with some bites which was not to happen due to the negative attitude of the staff.

I am happy to discuss further and share details if interested. Hope some action based on this feedback will be taken by the management.

I have seen similar past comments from other customers when I was posting mine, but it seems no action has been taken by the milestones management.

Due to the unfriendly behaviour and arrogance, I would not recommend milestones coffee at Al raha Beach Tower, which is on the walkway of Al muneera and Alzeina to visit there.

High hopes, but not very good. This cafe is near my place and I walk past it regularly, so I was excited to see they had nice looking breakfast options. However, the food (and service) are not good. Poached eggs had raw whites and the 2 sausages in the pictures were maybe 3/4 of a single sausage cut into 2 small bits. Cutlery is disposable plastic and salt and pepper in paper packets, that arrived so long after requested that I’d finished what I wanted them for. Wish it had been better. Great location. So much...
