1-The service on phone was bad. I used to call and order food just before 5-10 minutes of coming. The customer service who answer the phone just normally told me sorry sir we don’t take order on the phone ( with very polite way ) but this was new. I used to make order then show up in the restaurant. 2-The food quality is getting worse little, at the beginning they serve me un cooked chicken with white spots, (then they asked oh you want it well done no problem we will fixed for you ) 3- I think I will be limiting my visits to the restaurant because it’s show it going to be bad experience . Thank for you offering the ice cream and trying to explain why and what happened at the end of journey to your restaurant.
