Love it! There is so much to do, and it's so great that the feeding times are repeated incase you miss the first one. Its well run and very clean and so much fun. The only downside we faced was at the weekend just passed, it was very busy and the new inflatable pillow looked so much fun...my autistic son wanted a turn but it was so overwhelming having to queue and then the kids he went on with were all much bigger and more boisterous than him and he was accidentally kicked and hurt(not their fault and not complaining about kids having fun! It was so much fun for them) -- perhaps a system in place to be more inclusive. Eg. When you get your tickets/on the way in they could give you a wrist band if your child needs time to go on in a smaller group of say 5 kids rather than 10 big kids . Or have 5 mins on the pillow alone to bounce rather than 10 mins of shared time. I'm not sure the best way but it wasnt very inclusive the way it's run which was disappointing and upsetting for my child. Because he really wanted a turn queued for ages which was hard for him anyway and kids jumped the queue to get with their friends they knew.... so going on, after queuing he ended up with a massive group who were together and knew each other. He found it impossible with so many bigger kids who knew each other and were playing boisterously as a group, and he was the smaller one (he's 6) on his own getting knocked around. He came off crying and wouldnt queue to go back on because he queued so long in the first place . The age says 4+ but you could end up with a 4yr old on with a group of 12yr olds? Or older?. It needs tweaking...but we managed to make it a bit better by cuddling a rabbit and we went to the playground. It's not a big complaint, just something that could maybe be adjusted for smaller kids or those with disabilities. A wrist band or token to discretely show the staff member that the child needs a quieter less busy session 🤔 or have a period of time set aside for that purpose e.g. 2-3pm is smaller numbers. Or split time for age groups? Don't know but we still love streamvale anyway and hope they'll take these comments on board...

It’s ok , the animals are the usual rabbits , goats donkey and some large bulls etc etc but for £35 for two adults and one child the owners could do with staying on top of wear and tear in kids areas the childs shop area is pretty poor with empty plastic home milk containers and two peddle carts and some dirty dress up clothing . Kids bouncing area isn’t looked after properly a lot of kids from a birthday party in one inflatable where wrestling and shoving inside and nothing been done other children on inflatable slide just sitting at the top .

Barel ride again is shabby needs updating and maybe two laps or a better route 3 mins and your done .

Food is awfully expensive and poor to the taste I’ll not be buying anything from the cafe again on a previous trip we bought lunch there and thought it was bad but then gave it benefit of the doubt that it was a bad day but today was just the same very poor . X 1 Cheese chip and x1 childs chicken nugget meal and two diet cokes came in at £16 the chips where half warm the cheese didn’t even melt and my daughters nuggets were cheap and tasted horrible neither of us would eat them .

Most events looked to be well planned then a brief announcement and go to that particular area but there’s never a member of staff waiting they always seem to be last to arrive and then everything’s a free for all .

One last thing clean the bins around the place there residue around most bins and this attracts wasps and flies as-well as looking dirty , put me off buying a £2.50 flavoured milk on the way in and out ..

Needs to be cheaper or updated there’s a lot of...

We attended the pumpkin patch with our 8 month old and it was such a lovely experience.

All the staff were helpful and went out of their way to ensure we got an opportunity to see and pet any animals. We were so impressed by their enthusiasm and patience.

While our son is still very young, he really enjoyed the day! He loved the horses, the tractor ride and pumpkins! There was lots of stations which kept his attention while we were there! He did have a good sleep after! We look forward to bringing him back in the future when he’s a bit older as I’m sure he will enjoy it even more!

We were thoroughly impressed! Thank you!

Update We have been to streamvale numerous times and we always have a lot of fun and a great experience. As part of the Christmas experience, my son chose a fox teddy as his present from Santa. Mr Fox became a firm favourite in our house, unfortunately he went missing. We looked online and couldn’t find a replacement. We emailed streamvale who weren’t yet opened to the public to ask if they still had any of this fox in stock. Streamvale confirmed they did and opened up their shop so we could get a replacement. The customer service was above and beyond and we were able to replace Mr Fox! We are so grateful for their kindness and have no doubt that we will have plenty more great experiences...

Staff: They seem very friendly and helpful. At the till the girl greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and wished us a good time at the farm in such a professional manner. The girl driving the tractor was very informative to everyone onboard talking through health and safety very clearly in detail. Emma who was showing my daughter the pups, rabbits and chicks was lovely and sweet. Amenities: there were lots of things to offer the family's visiting that day. There was lovely ice-cream and drinks to buy. There was the barrel ride, the tractor ride to visit the deer. There was lots of animals to pet and feed like rabbits, chicks, dogs, sheep, goats, cows, alpacas, pigs and other birds. There was a canon shooting dome where kids can load up a canon with a ball and shoot at targets. It seemed popular. There were ride on toy tractors and diggers. There was also a play park with lots of different rides. There is also a shop with lots of toys, gifts, chocolate, sweets drinks. Before you enter there is a Despenser for a milk bottle, milk and flavour to create a very lovely creamy milkshake. This place has plenty to offer and I would definitely recommend it to any families with young children

Fantastic spot ,great parking with short walk to entrance.good value for money as you'd spend a minimum of 3-4 hrs there, you can also bring a picnic as picnic benches and several designated enclosed safe zones for playing to suit different ages ,I'd 2 12year olds with me and yes it was entertaining enough for little darlings ......didn't hear a " I'm bored " or "what's the WiFi code " all day .I was excited to actual view a working milking parlour ( from a balcony view point ) ,yip I'm actually that nerdy . There are several feeding times for various animals throughout the day , toilet facilities for all abilities , lots of opportunities to pet different wee cute furry animals .even free ice cream tasting ( I was sold at the mention of ice cream !!) which you just have to go to American style diner/cafe to get one . outside seating at the "diner" to watch your little darlings . There is also a trailer that goes up the fields to feed the dear , it also has a wheelchair lift on it so everyone can enjoy the experience. Staff were fantastic , bubbly and very patient with all ages

Very disappointed, not much to look at! Absolutely nothing for kids 1-2 to do so no idea why they charge for them! There is a small soft play area but unable to put child into it as there was kids ages 5/6 running about wreckless in it and would of hurt my child! Chickens were in need of a clean out and had no drinking water as didn't most of the animals most animals had no food (I understand this to cater for daily feeding times for kids ect but still should be provided. , there's a donkey who looks depressed and a horse (not joking) 90% of the animals you will see are rabbits and guinea pigs. Down at the duck pond/geese they have no shelter/sleeping area. the veiwing for milking parlor is upstairs so anyone with pram ect cant go up with child! and to top it off the milk vending machine was out of order (main attraction I'd imagine) Wouldn't recommend unless you just want a dander but make sure your kids are over age of 3 or you will have nothing to do. Took a whole of 40 mins to engage and explore the entire place. Waste of nearly £30 .
