Came here a couple of weekends ago with the kids and got rather excited as we pulled into the carpark. However this is clearly aimed at older kids 5yrs onwards and the price for 1hr bounce was astronomical. £10 for an hour, as there were 2 adults and 1 6yr old I thought that this was pretty steep for a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't overly busy, yes there were a few parties going on but there appeared to be lots of room in the rest of the bounce area. Luckily we didn't have to buy socks as these were provided although I did bring my own from another trampoline park I went to, I was told I wasn't allowed to wear them due to company policy. There was a 'soft play' area for under 5's, it isn't your typical soft play area, it was a small area cordoned off with cushions at the end of the eating area. My 2yr old was not impressed as there wasn't enough in the soft play area to keep him entertained, good job it was free to put him in there. Though I did enjoy my experience, I didn't feel that we were given value for money which is a shame as there is nothing like this in Huddersfield, though I won't be coming here again until they review their pricing as we didn't even get an hour's jump time.

We were greeted by a young member of staff who just didn't want to be there. Didn't smile or make eyecontact and was just rude in general. We paid for 3 children at £10each and brought 1pair of jumping socks purchased at another jump site with us, buying 2 pair here at £2each. We were told these were void for insurance so had to buy a 3rd pair. Will not be returning, although children had a good time I think you can get better jump parks and better value for money else where.

This was our first time at SOAR and we had a great time. Right now it only costs £5 and an extra £5 for another adult and £2 for socks which obviously you get to keep. Each session I believe is an hour long. There is a lovely Cafe which overlooks the entire trampoline area. Our daughter is 2 years old and she loved every minute of her time there. We will be coming again.

Came with my son on a busy Saturday afternoon. Pre-booked our session and arrived early with the intention of grabbing a bite to eat before our allocated time slot (plus allowing some time for it to settle before anyone thinks why would you eat before jumping) Went upstairs to the cafe area to find there was no food on offer, just crisps or chocolate and the woman behind the counter couldn’t crack a smile if she tried. There was a party on so this had obviously been prioritised with the food as there was someone there cooking for that. Surely you can offer a bowl of chips? Parties are booked in advance so you can’t say you were too short staffed to be able to offer food to other paying customers. We didn’t have time to go elsewhere before our allocated jump time unless we were willing to rush eating it and jump straight after so my son had to go on hungry. If you can’t offer food, don’t advertise ‘our well stocked cafe has a great menu of hot and cold food. There are a varity of hot and cold drinks on offer‘ on your website when this is not the case. Also, at times there was only one marshal on duty which, considering the size of the place and how many people were jumping, isn’t anywhere near enough/safe!! Will find somewhere...

We visited 14.5.22 group of all of us 13! 9 children - to be told a 3 year old wasn’t allowed to go in, my oversight for not seeing the aged 4! In SMALL writing in the page - you’d think my applying the DOB of would flag up! But nope! Took my money, so you can imagine a very upset 3 year old, screaming her head off, so I had to take her to the wacky playground down the road, told we would get a refund for one adult and the child, yet we haven’t . Overall incompetence right through to the staff, the attitude towards us was a disgrace, non of them knew what they was doing, half of them wasn’t even bothered, which is expected hiring kids that day was a big heatwave, the place was RAMMED no air conditioning or a proper fan, so you imagine it was horrid!

We certainly won’t be going back!

Overall experience was a negative one.

Being as Google has no reply button, I’ll edit my review! Given ur response i see where the negativity comes from. That’s our experience of the place & yes more could of been done regarding heat & the amount of bodies in there.

Regards...
