Festival Leisure Park — Attraction in Basildon

Overall a harmless experience, the various premises are always kept as clean as I think is possible, considering the amount and type of foot traffic involved,staff always try to appear attentive and relatively engaging towards questions and assistance, great choice of venues, from food outlets, to visual amazement with a 4DX cinema to hand, ample parking..(Take note of your vehicle position, it's a BIG free car park! 😁) .. only downside, if you have young children take ear muffs, the fact it's marketed as a family area isn't sadly shared by the loose-lipped teenagers whom roam wild like patients released for social tuition within the community... on the plus side, I've learnt lots of new words and great ways to add words to exclamation marks 🤣🤣🤣... there's always something here to make you smile, in the evening the place explodes into lights, chinked bottles, music and everyone going out partying in no clothes, you couldn't iron today's club wear even if you wanted, it would just go 'puufffff'.......

Festival Leisure Park is an Entertainment Retail Park located in Basildon. This place is quite big and there is so much yoi can do here to have a good time. This area is popular not juat with the locals but people from surrounding areas too, as its the best leisure facility in the area.

Foodies will be sopiled for choice as the choice ranges from fast food places like McDonalds, to Indian, Chinese, Italian, American and more varieties of restaurants.

Empire Cinema has multiple screens and the recent addition of the IMAX screen is great too.

Hollywood Bowl is a great entertainment venue for the whole family.

There are hotels too within the leisure park if you like to stay overnight.

State of the art, David Lloyds gym is within the park too.

The parking lot is absolutely huge, but the venue is so popular that it almost gets full...

Staying at the travel lodge for a week.. lots of great places to eat and the area is generally as nice as it could be given the location. I visited the cinema to see what was on... there wasn't any sort of programme available. I asked staff who told me at 7.30pm "we're closing soon" kind of irrelevant when I simply asked what films were showing this week. He then called a co-worker who said "James bond.. there's other stuff but.. james bond" I'm not a James bond fan! Just been outside at midnight as I'm a smoker but there is one of those annoying high frequency tones outside to prevent kids hanging around.. now my ears won't stop ringing! Oh and I saw a cute little fox in the car park rummaging through...
