Astonished by the price.

When I pay, I expect at least better than I can do myself.

Pizza is a notch above junk food in my opinion, this is a Mc Donalds that does Pizza.

On occasions when in a rush, I have better pizza at home and I know where the ingredients came from.

What I was served was very ordinary: mediocre in taste and quality of ingredients' terms.

Seasoning, aroma, preparation, authentic ingredients... none noticed.

The price was unreal... 2 adults + 2 kids - over £60 quid, I bet there was barely £10 cost of food served. A realistic price for a sit down of this quality would have been £40 maximum.

Buy a kettle so customers can have a cup of tea!

Only soft drinks were available from a dispenser, diluted concentrate?

A plus point was that you could add fizzy water to the soft drinks to dilute the refined sugar a bit.

The price was for a freshly cooked meal for 4 adults with meat and vegetables, not what we had.

It is just pizza... Pizza is fast food, you don't even need a chef to cook pizza, especially the ones you served.

THEY DO NOT TAKE CASH HERE even though it is legal tender, so we felt discriminated against as soon as we walked through the door, as we only use cash because we are on a tight budget but saved to take our grandchildren out. A sign on the window saying 'cash payers not welcome ' would not have made us feel worse. No mention of it when we booked. Although I wish we had gone somewhere else. The food is of a very low standard, the place looked very dirty with food all over the floor and because everything is self service it's just a free for all. We watched kids coughing over the pizzas on the buffet and the ice cream and touching the pizzas with their fingers because they had not been cut properly. We will definitely not be going into a pizza hut again. Ten years ago their standards and food were great. Now I give it a big thumbs down and 0 out of 10. Our family and friends will only go to places...

Had choice of about eight different restaurants and chose Pizza Hut as it's USUALLY decent food and service but not this time...Walked in to the bar staff arguing with a customer, Waited too long to get served, drinks machine didn't have any Pepsi, no bowls for salad, no glasses for juice, crisps all over floor around salad area, several tables had dirty plates stacked on them our entire stay, salad tasted very un fresh, by time pizza eventually arrived we just wanted to leave. Ate a few slices and did leave. Two tables walked out before being served just in the time we were there and others had things missing and were enquiring about waiting times too. Disaster from start to finish, utterly appalled. Worst experience ever wouldn't be recommending to anyone....
