Not so great experience at Atmosphere trampoline park today. We arrived to find that I had forgotten stocks for my son so I asked if I could have a pair and pay afterwards as I had left my purse in the car since the lockers are not available and I didn't want to bring valuables in. I was told no they had to be paid for up front so I went to my car to get £2 carrying my son only to be told when I returned that they only take card. So again I had to go out. I got a pair of socks for my son and when I unfolded them and measured them against my son's foot they looked to be too small. I then went to ask for a size bigger only for the young man behind the counter to throw the socks in the bin and asking me to pay for a new pair! My son had not even worn them. I had to finish them out of the bin and then squeeze my son's foot into them. You are running a business for families and the jump session was for younger children. It would be nice to see the staff being a bit more considerate and accommodating towards your target market. We will not return again and I will make sure to tell all my friend about the experience...
