I booked this venue for my son’s 4th birthday party, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Firstly, the party room provided had no air conditioning, and it was incredibly hot and humid, making it very uncomfortable for both the children and adults. Despite raising this issue, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful throughout. We had two party hosts assigned to us, but they showed no interest in helping or engaging. They were rude, lacked basic courtesy, and acted as though they didn’t want to be there.

We had to repeatedly ask for simple things like juice and other refreshments that were already part of the package we paid for. Even then, we were met with attitude and delays.

The food was of very poor quality—stale chips and what looked like frozen pizza that had simply been heated up. Certainly not what you expect when paying for a party package.

To make matters worse, in an attempt to address the heat, they brought in an air cooler—which ended up taking time away from the children’s play session. Despite losing that time, no extra playtime was offered, which was unfair to the children.

The room itself was also dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or mopped before the party started, which was unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend this venue for hosting a party—especially not during warm weather, as it significantly affects the experience. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, subpar food, and general lack of care from the staff made what should have been a joyful celebration a frustrating and...

The kids had fun, but safety is an issue here. There is supposedly a separate area for under 4s, but there were small children mixed in with bigger kids, teens and adults in the main area. I've seen big teenagers dive into the ball pit and narrowly miss landing on much smaller children, and adults who should have been supervising their kids were shoving each other into the ball pit as well. Small kids think it's fun to submerge themselves in the ball pit completely, but then someone might accidentally step/fall/land on them and cause injury. I think teens and smaller children should have separate play areas. Also, from what I could see there was only one member of staff supervising, I got the impression they were short-staffed today. I booked online and had to sign a waiver online which says something along the lines of "I have read and understood the safety information..." but at no point during the online booking process was this made available for me to read. I actively went back through the booking steps, thinking maybe I overlooked it, but couldn't find any safety information. Also, if you want to be able to keep an eye on your kids, you have to "go in" with them. There is an upstairs viewing area however the vantage point from there is pretty poor and lots of blind spots so you won't be able to see your kids at all times. As I said, my kids had fun, which was great, but I won't be taking them back here again unless there are more safety measures...

Update After dealing with an absolute mess, the manager contacted me upon his return to the business. Not only did he refund me but also invited me back to the venue and his customer service above all was better than I could've asked for. He totally understood where I was coming from and how disappointed I was for the little one and that meant more than anything. I will definitely come back knowing there's a guy like that running the business! Thank you ☺️ // Paid over £300 for a party. The main slide was shut down cus a woman hurt herself and they kept her there for over an hour so the slide was shut down the entire session, they crammed that many people in people could barely move and they had to keep closing sides of the other slides down to avoid any more accidents, the gladiator section was "down", then, because of the same injured person, they finally decided to end the session 10 minutes early and kicked everyone out. They then refused any kind of refund nor was any apology offered, despite it being a party for a 6 year old boy who's birthday was ruined, but they then refunded the people next to me and told me they couldn't refund me because "my amount was too high". They then took my details for someone to get back to me, which surprise surprise, they never did. What an absolute waste of time and money and a poor little boys ruined birthday. Thanks a lot...

Last week i came here with my friend and her 3 year old little sister. She had a lovely time and us adults were wore out completely after!! We went into the big kids area as before it was suitable for that sort of age of kids as long as they are accompanied. We soon realised that it was way too much so just a warning for people bringing kids who are new here or haven’t seen the new layout that the main area is not suitable for kids not as confident or under the age of 5 (or if they are physically small). The little ones’ area is much better now in my opinion and it has much more challenging things in there but it is still age appropriate. The little 3 year old we took found it challenging but she is small for her age. Great place for kids to burn off loads of energy and have loads of fun!! I do recommend buying tickets in advance as there are specific hour slots and you have to wait for the next one because you pay for entire hour slots and before the next one starts you have to leave.

Didn’t know about hourly slots so for those going first time, check those and arrive ten minutes before so you can fill out the form, for two adults and two kids (1&3) we paid £33 contactless worked but due to arriving at 12.20 and filling out the forms we were only allowed to use half an hour of the slot despite paying the full amount they don’t let you run over into the next slot to get your full hour - no complaints but be aware as not every place is this strict but they are here, next we needed somewhere to put our things, we don’t carry cash and £2 in coins were needed to use the lockers, we ended up leaving our coats on a table and came back to a woman sat on top of them. They have a nice looking food and drinks section with slush which is a nice option as you do get hot with all the jumping around. There are signs that say no outside food allowed inside which I find silly. Just let people pack their lunches if they want to, some of us have fussy eaters!

Tooooooo much fun! Thankfully my kids had half term a week before those in Birmingham area so we were lucky to get a early slot at Inflata Nation. This place is excellent value for money. You might be thinking to yourself, "Maybe an hour is too short...maybe it's not great value for money..." guess what, you would be wrong. An hour is plenty to give yourself a hernia and heart palpitations for the next year. After 15 minutes in this place, I felt like the big bad wolf, huffing and puffing trying to blow the house down! But joking aside, the entire family loved this so much, it was really an amazing treat, the area is so large and there is so much to do. Adults and children alike will enjoy this place immensely.
