Silly Sausage — Restaurant in Birmingham

Been using this cafe for around 20 years now, since the new management have come in I have noticed the food quality and service has dropped yet the price has increased.

Last week when I called to order I was asked to wait a few moments whilst they finished serving a customer which is fine however, I could hear that they had finished serving and instead of coming back to the phone to continue with my order they decided to have a conversation and forget that I was on the phone. I had to hang up and call back after waiting for around 5 minutes.

This week when calling I was initially asked to wait a few minutes but then they changed their mind and asked us to call back in 5 minutes, I waited longer than asked and tried calling again but the phone was just left unanswered.

Food disgusting. Eggs especially. Toast like bread. They left the new bread outside toilets. Staff greasy and not showered in a while. Some real low life benefit scum in there. I guess thats their main custom. Never again. Shame as macys was over the road but thought I'd take a chance. This Cafe is the best. I always order my breakfast either by delivery or going in. The quality of the food is great and I always have to get some orange juice as its wonderful. The staff are amazing. All the ladies and the gentleman. Just fantastic service and food. Keep up the great work. I recommend this place to all my friends.
