Just Play Soft Play — Attraction in Birmingham

I chose Just Play for my twin daughter’s first school birthday party and I am so happy I did. We opted for the private hire as there was a lot of kids and felt it was better and the whole team at Just Play were amazing! They were so helpful in supporting me with setting up the party and helping ensure my kids and all of their friends had the best time. The kids loved meeting the giant teddy bear too that they had. The food, the entertainment , the facilities and the team were all so amazing and they really made my party hosting experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to hire a soft play for a party to go to just play as they will have a wonderful time and nothing is too much for the team. Thank you for helping my twins have the most amazing 6th birthday!

We have also gone as just a soft play session which was fun too, but as with any soft play if you have younger children pre lunch time is always best but the girls always have a great time whenever we go...

Went for 1st time with a 1 year old. Friendly staff, helpful and smiley.

Friday mornings 10am till 12 is toddler session, and so entry for 1+ is £2 instead of the standard £3.80 which I think is expensive for under 5's.

Decent size, baby area and toddler area, went at 10.30am steadily hot quite busy, they had story time on at 11am.

Aswell as the soft play area they have a area with toys and a matt, machined toys around the room you can use for £1 some 50p, a nice little football area, and adults can go around the soft play with the children.

You can buy food there but we had our own snacks, Soft play area fairly clean, the carpet could do with a clean and some floor tiles exposed.

Littlen had fun, good space to toddle around, toilets inside complex, did have a slight smell seaping from the loo's.

This is a great facility which we have been to a number of times. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They offer a reasonably priced range of drinks and food. During the play session we have attended the music and story time staff led sessions. These are where improvements could be made. There is no attempt during the story to engage the children and the feeling is that the wish is to get the story over as quickly as possible. No attempt is made by staff to support the craft activity following the story or music sessions. The music session is lovely and our grandaughter loved the involvement of the bear. Encouragement by the staff member to get parents/ grandparents and carers involved in the staff led sessions would be helpful. We will return as our grandaughter always has a...
