Very disappointed with our takeaway last night! Driver delivered it and rushed off without taking the cash payment, I didn’t realise at the time as I’d ordered from a couple of takeaways for the family. Went to bed and at just before 11pm my door was being hammered down, door bell being rung and my phone was going off waking the whole house up! I received a text from the driver saying he was outside my house to collect the money he’d forgotten to collect. I told him that we were in bed and I wouldn’t be answering the door out of principal of the way he was hammering it like it was the police. I said I would phone and pay tomorrow what I owed, I’m not gonna leave the country for £15.50!!! The driver sent more texts apologising and then the takeaway themselves rang me which I ignored Cus as I’d told them we were in bed. Today I rang to pay and tell them how annoyed I was about the way the driver was hammering my door late at night. They didn’t seem particularly bothered and more interested in getting the money paid. I certainly won’t be using this takeaway again, first time we’ve used it but really disappointed with their actions!! I ordered food and I asked for the 3 in 1 I asked for no shrimp in the rice onions in the rice and pork in the noodles and curry sauce all the chips and the rice and the noodles so when it come their was shrimp in the Rice and I’m allergic to shrimp and their was chicken in the rice not what I asked for and the curry sauce was only on half of my door so I called them up to ask if they can make me a new one because I’m allergic to shrimp they said no because you didn’t tell us when it got ordered they definitely did say that so then they said they are going to listen to the recording because the record calls so I said listen to it and you will her that the person who ordered said no shrimp so they denied it again then I asked what could be done about it and then he said your just going to have to order another one and pay for it so that means I’m going to have to pay another 5.50 for another one and it wasn’t my fault I then said I’m going to write a review then the boss said go on then I don’t care that is poor answer for someone who runs an establishment and a poor way to treat you customer because I could easily go else where I don’t appreciate you didn’t own up to...

This place has horrendous customer service. Having ordered Chinese food once every month since the start of lockdown! My last order was very short of satisfying.

Order amounted to over £30 entitling me to a ' Free bottle of Soft drink'. The order arrived with No Drink and missing curry sauce. Immediately contacted Ruby, but owner refused to send one, stating the Special Offer did not apply to Just Eat orders, he refused to give his name and abruptly disconnected the call. Plain rude.

No option but to make complaint to Customer Solutions and told would be included in my next order. Epic fail! To spite me, they sent a bottle of Coke Cola with foreign labelling and almost FOUR months out of date. Trading Standards informed. Avoid...
