Westhoughton Central Park — Attraction in Bolton

Visited the play area with our granddaughter. The children love it but it's filthy!! The ground is covered in mud and the whole area looks unsightly. Obviously, no one from the council is going to attempt to clean it, especially as of today, 19th April, the Christmas decorations are still hanging proudly over market Street.
