Worse flip out I have been to, there is no heating due to manager stating “they didn’t want to pay for it” it is far to cold for the younger ones, they could have atleast heated up the toddler section. The babies were absolutely freezing and for the amount paid to come in, you would have thought better care to have been taken. The place is absolutely filthy with a deep clean needed! Health and safety need to be involved due to lack of care, unlocked sections of the baby area and poor management/supervision of the kids. Myself and another adult spent over 20 minutes clearing the foam squares in the toddler areas that teenagers had previously launched into the frame netting. The manager was lovely and thanked us but it shouldn’t have been a job we do. When confronted about the dangers of the kids in the bouncy castle bit a member of staff actually shouted at a lady! It was mortify as she seemed polite about it. The toilets are disgusting and I would rather pee in a bush, as it would be cleaner! Most staff are kind and helpful, as much as they can be with head management support. Staff are all wearing layers and coats while working! No one looks comfortable! Kids are jumping in coats, hoodies and jumpers as there is no warmth. We came 3 weeks ago in hopes of seeing improvement after raising concerns , but it actually looks worse with areas still uncleared from last time! (3 weeks ago) The only upside is the kids enjoy it, and the food isn’t bad, I just hope health and safety get involved and I would like to staff having dbs checks as the angry staff guy does raise concern around children if he has a short temper. In the time writing this review i have witnessed several other parents raise concerns about what I have stated above so I’m hopeful staff will take it on board and upper management will start support the young staff and get this place in a better condition

Booked and payed ÂŁ75 for a group of 6 on 24th August 2021. We checked in got our socks on and on my little sisters very first bounce another child ran and bounced across the same trampoline she landed on the trampoline on the double bounce while it was down and hurt her ankle. We where offered an ice pack and made to fill out an accident form ... I then travelled home an hour to take her to a&e. It turns out she has broken her ankle from both sides and is now in a cast for 6 weeks from her toes to her knee. I was promised a courtesy call to check on the outcome of her accident I did not receive this...I was promised a voucher for the booking this had not happened not that we would like to visit again we would however like our money back. Most things where also not open and this was not advertised on the website. All together a traumatic experience had by all.

Visited the place for the 1st time with kids (11 and 9)- very underwhelmed. Copious amounts of dust on the equipment. Ninja play and VR areas not currently open and no mention of that on the website. My youngest scraped the back of their heel twice after trapping her foot in the gap between the floor and revolving door in one of the areas. Reported it to the staff who had zero interest and didn't even bother to walk with me to the area discussed to inspect. Bought a coffee at the Costa machine that serves the cafe and it was very weak. I suspect the coffee grounds haven't been topped up in a while. Also quite puzzled by the graffiti design on the wall. Does the green background mean that something smells bad?

Dangerous, Poor experience and ended up in A&E due to poor health and safety.

We booked for a 2 hour slot from 4pm - 6pm, hoping that it would be a little bit quieter. After booking, we received an email containing information about our visit and a health and safety video to watch. The information was brilliant and appeared to have everything we was looking for as a family.

Upon arrival, the entrance looked worn out and not very inviting, staff were attentive but didnt seem very welcoming. We arrived 20 minutes early (we had driven over an hour to get there) so we diecided to go to the cafe and find the lockers. The cafe was packed, tables crammed in, peoples belongings scattered across the eating areas and no where to sit. We asked the staff if they could show us where the lockers were (as stated in the video) to find that they do not have any lockers and we had to leave our belongings where we could find a spot! we ended up putting all of our belongings back into our car. The whole place has no aircon and the warm, damp and fusty smell was hard to get used to.

As 4pm came round, the kid's were excited to get stuck in. It then became clear that half of the "Best and biggest Adventure park" was actually closed off. it was either, "Coming soon" or "closed for health and safety". We was appauled that no one had advised us on this when booking, It was bad to think that we had paid full price to use only half of the park. The trampolines became over crowded and no staff to managed paeople bouncing on my childrens trampolines, potentially causing an accident and the climbing jungly gym became boring to them after about 10 minutes.

We diecided to hit the inflatable area and went on the huge yellow slide. After we slid down the slide together, the children discovered that the bootom of the slide had some kind of black rubber/dirt and prevented them from trailing off the end of the slide. It literllay went from full sped slide to an instant stop, causing the children to roll and injure themselved. My partner then followed and ended up dislocating her toes! This is a massive HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE! After calling over a member of their team, no one knew what to do with injuries and just kept passing us to other employees until the manager appeared. My partner had to hobble to the table to be told that is happens alot on that slide and she wasnt the only one today! Another employee told us that it happens all the time on that slide due to the dirt and rubber at the bottom, cauing a small impact when you get to it. After completing a form, we then headed to A&E for over 5 hours. It is clear that staff do not have enough training on injuries as they looked so confused and worried.

We are lucky that it was only my partners toes, after our experience, it is clear that there will potentially be a much worse accident in time.

I'm hoping to receive a full refund and i will not be returning, nor will i reccomend this...

If the kids were writing this they would probably give it a 5 based on the things to do, however... Tables dirty in waiting area/restaurant. Staff in the actual play areas, absolutely no control over what is happening. Lad watching the area where the big mat you bounce onto was had an Earpod in and was on this phone. He didn't interact with the kids once to tell them to move out the way of people trying to land or anything, couldn't have cared less. Man on the table looked like he was having too much fun with the music which wasn't suitable either for kids. Girl watching the trampolines was at least watching but said nothing at all to kids running around on trampolines that were being used. No staff at all watching the soft play areas which meant a group of about 6 teens were running at full speed messing around on the bigger area with no regard for the smaller kids the area is actually for. Later they were fighting in the inflatables swearing and shouting. In the toddler soft play was a man who appeared to have around 5 kids with him, some teens again, just messing around in there making it hard for toddlers to play while he ignored them on his phone. Again, no staff giving a toss at all or even checking these areas. This place seems a massive accident waiting to happen thanks to the staff who have no interest in trying to mitigate this. Kids bouncing down onto a big mat while others are trying to walk up the trampoline part rather than getting off and walking around or jumping off while kids are still on the mat while the staff member allocated to this area sits on his phone with this Earpod in, really?!! 😡 And like others have said, it needs a good clean! Oh and better lighting, it's dark in some areas of the soft play and other areas. And lastly there is no control over who arrived when or asking people from earlier sessions to leave. You could stay for hours...
