“Call Uber to get a credit note” Very disappointed with response from staff during call today 15/11/21 7.30pm We ordered MANY times, lovely hot and fresh food. Tonight? Chicken breast had noticeable odour and very dry. Could not be eaten. My husband -Called shop to inform of good food previously, but something seriously wrong with chicken being sold. Immediately told ‘nothing wrong’ and to call Uber for credit note!’ We did not want money, just our concern to be treated seriously and looked into. Anyone who ordered‘ chicken’ item this day/date and had abdominal issues? Report to the council. I don’t want a ‘credit note’ or free food, simply listened to when a genuine safety issue related to food is brought to your attention. Outrageous flippant response. Another exploitative cash grab takeaway with zero interest in quality of food.

Fish batter is disgusting and cannot be eaten. Thick oily unnatural batter. Overcooked. Looked like a lump of wood. The amount of oil that came In The bag was unacceptable.

Chips where okay but they all disintegrated in the bag.

I asked for a pie and I received what was clearly a few days old piece that has calcified under the heat lamp. The gravy in the pie had dried out leaving an unedible thing.

The shop itself has been left to rot and looks like the staff have lost all interest in quality and are going through the motions. Not sure this place can make it I'm afraid it needs to have a serious rethink of its product.

Go elsewhere untill they either change ownership or learn what a good fish and chips tastes like. Good...

I stopped here this evening for the 1st time as Fishy Delishy at the pond was to busy and Seaways was closed. I REALLY wished I hadn’t. I ordered a medium cod and chips with a tub of curry sauce. I live exactly 7 minutes drive away and when I unwrapped the food I was shocked. The fish batter was just pure oil as when I squeezed the batter it was dripping fat. The fish was also raw in the middle. Also the chips were stone cold. As for the curry sauce !!! Well curry flavoured water would be more of an accurate description. There is a reason why Fishy Delishy is so busy.. I will NEVER be going here again. Avoid...
