Came back today to this place and I was literally shocked. 1 adult, 2 kids over 2yo, £40.85 - the prices are outrageous I chose to change my rating as this used to be a fun place to go with kids all ages. Now is just a waste of money. For this amount you can take the whole family to Cross Point restaurant and you will get food and playground for 4-6 people. It used to be airy and spacious now is crowded and feels claustrophobic and to be honest for this money I can pay a sitter to watch my kids for 2 hours and relax by myself Will not go back there. Great place for kids all ages with various activities from 12 months to 14 years. We always go there and the kids have lots of fun. They have race cars, huge bouncy castle and soft play fost under 2 and under 10 with climbing frames and slides. There is also a mini football court, kids go crazy in there, and a laser tag room where teams can have lots of fun. Lately they made new private rooms for parties which is a plus. Everyone is nice and helpful there, staff are friendly and open minded. I highly recommend the playground. We always had lots of fun when we been there.

This is a brilliant soft play/activity centre in Coventry. There is no other soft play like this in the city. The facilities suit all ages from toddlers - with their own enclosed soft play area including role play shop, cafe, salon, vet and jail (all of which have their own props/fancy dress) to the older children having a much bigger soft play with football pitch at the side. There is also a bouncy castle, go carts and laser tag included in the price. There are a few arcade machines and air hockey too that are extra cost and available to use. The menu for food is good with lots of variety however there were limited options with soft drinks. The facilities seem clean and I I have seen the workers cleaning and hoovering where necessary too. Overall may seem pricey however you get a lot for your money and have never been called out at the end of the session as it has never been full when we have visited. Would certainly recommend especially if you have children of all ages (we have 8,5,4,2 year olds on previous visits and all loved it)

Highly recommend for indoor play. Loads for kids to do, and a good range for different ages. Lots of soft play areas for the younger babies, plus my two year old loved bombing it around the bigger soft play, which has huge slides, ball pits, mini zip wires etc. plus a single bouncy council, football area and mini car racing. The business has a lot more opportunity to upsell, including menus on the table, promoting the food for lunch etc. my only criticism would be that the place wasn’t as clean as it could be- we were one of the first to arrive and the tables were still sticky from the day before, the toilets could have been cleaner and balls were all on the floor from the soft play. Only a small issue and something management could get fixed quite easily, if they implement a cleaning rota and routine for each day. Still, would recommend and go for those rainy days !

We booked a party here, when we arrived they didn't seem aware I had a party booked! Asking me if I had the correct date! The party is £195 for 10 children. BUT you have to pay £5 more per child if you also want to go on the inflatables, which I think is ridiculous when you've already spent nearly £200! Booked parties should be able to go on everything. The adult price is also silly as the child isn't going to go on their own and they could make money from adults buying drinks. Saying all this . . The kids really did have fun. There is lots to do in there, lasers, go karts, football, softplay and of course the inflatables if you are willing to spend more! I think it would attract more people if it was just one entry fee. The food was also good and plenty for the kids. They also got a slushie and sweet cone.

This place has huge potential and they really are missing a trick. The warehouse is filthy covered in cobwebs and is just generally worn out. There’s no toys in the role play area apart from some tatty dressing up that stinks. Everything’s broken or stuck in place so you can’t actually ‘play’. All the stickers on the wall are ripped and the shelves are empty. The under 5s soft play area is the best part. The big soft play area was dirty with children’s food wrappers everywhere. And needs a good clean out. The dodgems and inflatable area isn’t open during week days which is a shame. Especially for the crazy price you pay just to be able to go as an adult at nearly £4 just to watch. The space is huge and could be amazing. But is just gross
