Came back today to this place and I was literally shocked. 1 adult, 2 kids over 2yo, £40.85 - the prices are outrageous I chose to change my rating as this used to be a fun place to go with kids all ages. Now is just a waste of money. For this amount you can take the whole family to Cross Point restaurant and you will get food and playground for 4-6 people. It used to be airy and spacious now is crowded and feels claustrophobic and to be honest for this money I can pay a sitter to watch my kids for 2 hours and relax by myself Will not go back there. Great place for kids all ages with various activities from 12 months to 14 years. We always go there and the kids have lots of fun. They have race cars, huge bouncy castle and soft play fost under 2 and under 10 with climbing frames and slides. There is also a mini football court, kids go crazy in there, and a laser tag room where teams can have lots of fun. Lately they made new private rooms for parties which is a plus. Everyone is nice and helpful there, staff are friendly and open minded. I highly recommend the playground. We always had lots of fun when we been there.

This is a brilliant soft play/activity centre in Coventry. There is no other soft play like this in the city. The facilities suit all ages from toddlers - with their own enclosed soft play area including role play shop, cafe, salon, vet and jail (all of which have their own props/fancy dress) to the older children having a much bigger soft play with football pitch at the side. There is also a bouncy castle, go carts and laser tag included in the price. There are a few arcade machines and air hockey too that are extra cost and available to use. The menu for food is good with lots of variety however there were limited options with soft drinks. The facilities seem clean and I I have seen the workers cleaning and hoovering where necessary too. Overall may seem pricey however you get a lot for your money and have never been called out at the end of the session as it has never been full when we have visited. Would certainly recommend especially if you have children of all ages (we have 8,5,4,2 year olds on previous visits and all loved it)

Highly recommend for indoor play. Loads for kids to do, and a good range for different ages. Lots of soft play areas for the younger babies, plus my two year old loved bombing it around the bigger soft play, which has huge slides, ball pits, mini zip wires etc. plus a single bouncy council, football area and mini car racing. The business has a lot more opportunity to upsell, including menus on the table, promoting the food for lunch etc. my only criticism would be that the place wasn’t as clean as it could be- we were one of the first to arrive and the tables were still sticky from the day before, the toilets could have been cleaner and balls were all on the floor from the soft play. Only a small issue and something management could get fixed quite easily, if they implement a cleaning rota and routine for each day. Still, would recommend and go for those rainy days !

Outrageous prices! £10.95 per child!!!!! And that's not it.. £3.95 per adult! For what? Minding your own children?!! Oh, and wait for it... an ADDITIONAL £5 PER child to use the bouncy castle!

With that amount of money, I could drive to Birmingham, go to soft play AND have a decent meal!

Anyways, came previously and ONLY came this time to redeem the "free re-visit" offer that was on the receipt. I had two receipts and 3 children, so was going to pay for 1 child (and for myself.)

They asked if I did the review to which I replied "no" (not clear that you HAVE to do a review to claim this offer) There was no cut off time on the receipt either. Rang them a number of times over 2 days to ask about it but they did not answer!

They accepted one receipt and I gave my SIL's name. I said I would complete a review to activate another free entry but they said I couldn't! And that I was meant to have done it prior to today's visit! So... instead of having a "worth it" day out, I was made to spend £25.85!! As opposed to £14.90! Ps apparently that receipt expires today (no note of this on the receipt!)

On top of that, they had the audacity to say there's a cash machine behind me. I normally would but after thieving money out of me, no ta! Not going to lie, but I used my card out of spite. And I'm not even ashamed about it.

Only completing this review so people are not ripped off! I definitely will NOT be coming back at such extortionate prices and will not be redeeming the "free re-entry" should they give me a code after completing this.

Ps it's a dead place, even when I came during my last visit in the summer holiday. I wonder why?!

Edit: no code given to redeem...

Didn’t realise this hidden gem was right on the doorstep. Although it is still being developed the kids had a brilliant time. There were plenty of tables to sit at which allowed me to see the whole play area, which was clean and tidy. The large play frame was easy for my 3 year old to navigate independently but a bit of a tight squeeze for an adult. My 8 year old spent most of his time in the football area & enjoyed playing laser tag. The small play frame is perfect for younger children with the lovely addition of the role play area. However, the lack of role play resources & some broken equipment let it down. The bouncy castle was a hit with both children and they had fun on the cars, even though they had to wait a while due to only 1 car working. The toilets are small but were clean and could have done with toddler seats for small children. The food was nice, reasonable priced, came out quickly, and the portion sizes of the kids meals were good. My suggestions would be to add another bouncy castle; maybe one with a slide, and more cars so that more children can have a turn at the same time while they charge. Ensure there are plenty of good quality role play resources to enable plenty of children to play. Add child sizes toilet seats, and more arcade games to the entrance. Overall we had a great time and will definitely...

Went to this soft play for the first time on a Wednesday afternoon. It is fantastic! My 4 year old had a really good time and it was lovely and quiet. The soft play equipment is brilliant, so clean and was perfect for her age. The part that really impressed me was the role play area, you can absolutely tell there has been a lot of thought put into every last detail of this area. It is beautiful with lovely flowers (pretend of course!) around the doors and amazing quality roleplay toys in each area. There is even colouring crayons on little tables for the little ones to do some colouring which we thought was fantastic! So many varieties of things to choose from. Last but certainly not least the staff were so friendly, I was quite nervous with it being a new place but they couldn't have made us feel anymore welcome, they were engaging with my baby daughter, smiling and talking to her 😊 the food was really tasty and they offered to bring my cup of tea to my table as they could see my hands were full! Anyone with little ones this is the place to visit in Coventry, we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our visit...
