Ifield Mill Pond — Attraction in Crawley

discovered this place on a walk with a group about 3 weeks ago. So impressed have been back 5 times with different friends. Beautiful, calm atmosphere with large expanse of water, which can be crossed by a walkway. Large amount of bird life; geese, ducks, coots, herons, swans which will happily be fed. Young chicks can be seen at the right time of year & also spotted eggs in nests & also nests with coots sitting on newly hatched chicks. Will keep coming back to this idyllic spot as so...

Ifield Mill Pond is one of Crawley’s best-kept secrets, a tranquil slice of countryside that somehow escaped being turned into a housing estate.
