Al Naseeb Crawley — Restaurant in Crawley

Ordered from just eat for me and my other half. Just eat app said it I will be 40mins. Even better. It came in 30mins. Standard order. X2 currys x1 rice, nan bread and chips to share. Not a big order. After paying the delivery guy cash took my food in and started seriving up to relize I'm missing 1 curry and the chips. Rang the restaurant to ask then to send the rest of the remaining food, to be told they will have to write it down and send it next time we order. So me and my partner has to share 1 curry, 1 rice and 1 bread. Good one I no. After saying no we want the rest of out food we was then told it was an hour and half wait. Because they didnt have any drivers that night. They obviously forgot it only took 30 mins about 2 mins ago. Being we have already paid and we cant go hungry. I said just send it. Still didnt want to send me my food. After about long 5 mins of me telling them its within my legal right to receive the good j have paid for he finally shouted fine I will send the food. Order before 6 pm to get my order at 9 bcx im fasting and my order was not complete. Missing the drinks. Call back and the person on the recrption just told i know ur muslim u can break your fast with water. I know with what im gonna breahmk my fast but Its not about that its about you guys missing something on my order that i hv place 3 hours in advance to make sure i have every thing on time. While im breaking my fast i still have to wait for my delivery is that sounds correct. I should not give tips. I can't break my fast in peace bcx i still have to keep on eye on the door if someone is gonna make delivery. Food nice but service...

Been coming to Al Naseeb since they first opened... Last week we decided to go for 3x Burger meal deals and was charged £13.50... finding it odd, I look up at the signage and find they have removed their menu so pay up and head home with the food. Walking past today, I see the sandwich board outside shows the meal deal is £4 each. Congratulations, you made an extra £1.50 from me on this visit but have lost a life long customer and here I am on Google Maps telling the world how you rip off customers.
