Blow's Downs Nature Reserve — Attraction in Dunstable

I walk here regularly with a group from work. In Spring there are lots of cowslips. In Summer I have seen the following butterflies Marble While, Brimstone, Peacock, Gate Keeper and sometimes a blue one but am not sure which species. In late summer there are blackberries. I also use the main track at the bottom of the down as part of my running route. This track is better maintained than before and drains well. The only thing lacking here...

A nice piece of Chiltern hills countryside with nature walks and hiking trails. Just take a rainmac, backpack & a bottle of water just enjoy the green scenery. Be warned family's with young children- it is known dog walkers frequent here keep and eye on youngsters and those not...

Great for a nice walk and get your heart rate up climbing up to the top 🥰

Just be aware of the cows that are in the field, there used to people and are very calm, you just might be a little suprised to see them if you didn't know...
