I usually go for a Regular Mocha on every visit to any branch. I should have sat in and had it because what they gave was a poor excuse. It was disgusting, they forgot the chocolate powder I’m guessing and it was more like bitter watery water. Not just that but got my order wrong even after confirming it a second time, I did order quite a bit for my family and I understand it can get busy still … come on! I usually would go here for lunch during work if I didn’t get anything from home but now I’d rather not eat anything than go here. I believe it was a genuine mistake and the food is cheap so I guess what do you expect. Definitely not top notch service for one.

He ordered a margarita, they made it fresh for him, which took about 5 minutes from when he ordered till he received it, after this, I made my order, which was also a margarita, I opted for the cold one. No way was I going to wait another 5 minutes for no offence, but fooking greggs. Customer service needs improvement, if you see multiple people together, take all their orders before making them, it's much more efficient. Saves the need to wait what would have been 15 minutes for 2 greggs pizzas when the shop is empty and there's 3 people...

The cashier was unbothered and rude, speaking in a direct manner without any politeness or courtesy. It felt as though the staff were indifferent to the presence of customers, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. This seems to be a recurring issue at this location, as other staff members also appeared disengaged and impolite.
Given the importance of customer service in the food industry, I would suggest avoiding this branch until improvements are made. The staff could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure a more pleasant experience...
