We went to the beach to have a long walk but, as warned on the website, you can't walk along it because the army close some of it off all day. What we didn't realise is that you can only walk along about 100m or so of it. Waste of a day out. Boooooo. Was pretty though. Oh and don't use the first car park, it's much more expensive than the one just a few yards up and nearer the beach. Naughty naughty! Beach was covered in jellyfish when we went too.

Found this spot by accident whilst following the Pembrokeshire coast on the latter part of the afternoon, the tide was out. The other 3 people there left us alone for the next couple of hours whilst we rested in the sun, listened to the sea and explored the coast and Rock pools.. Bliss. But remember to keep it secret, we don't want it getting busy!

Amazing long golden beach with numerous rock pools to explore. One end of the beach offers naturally formed caverns to enjoy (beware of loose rocks above and birds nesting). Don't be surprised to see border control patrolling this section at low tide. Great fishing beach with snag hazards and a rich bed of razor clam and rag worm. Limited parking 🅿️ can be an issue at the...

Visited while in holiday. Great beach. A few small gift shops and a couple of café/catering facilities. Beach is dog friendly all year round.

Some of the beach is restricted access due to an MOD firing range. Can access after 4pm each day and on weekends.

Landspeed museum on site also.

Parking is good and reasonably priced from 1 hour to all day charges.

Well...
