This is dog walk Central, at least 3 different alks from this spot. Nice and easy upstream to a little wood where kids have made a den and have a rope swing (I did test, but I am a big kid) There is a memorial for a young person who died in the waters, Cold shock Is real, be careful around water! Another walk takes you across a well walked field, into the church yard, and either into the village or back into the field again. The church has some lovely grotesques. Back at the entrance-parking area of demesne Mill, there are 2 picnic tables which we put to good use. The ducks come to see what you have going spare, and if your lucky, you may hear the Kingfisher (we did) if your very lucky you may see it (mum did)

The charity shop staff great, ask for something in the store and they will...

Everyone seems to 'pickup' after their dogs which is good to see. 👏 The car park which used to be free now is not unless you are parking for no more than 30 minutes, otherwise...
