The place is nice, but could be much better. Quite a lot of trash on the pathways and the grass. The asphalt of the pathway is in bad condition. But the park itself has a great potential, it could be developed to attract more visitors

Lovely serene park with lots to do for the kids . Parents can sit on the benches and enjoy the surroundings. Lovely !

Kids play equipment is mostly broken or vandalized and there is lots of litter as most of the bins were overflowing. Dogs mess in the grass and everywhere else because of lazy dog owners. There are little gangs of gangster wannabes and I wouldn't recommend venturing in there after dark. Totally unloved by the local council, the police or a council warden are a rare sight these days. More chance of seeing a red squirrel or a unicorn than a policeman patroling. The council need to up their game and clear up the park. Much better places to go, this is one to avoid, shame because it could be a...

Not much for the little kids and every time i go the park is disgusting alcohol bottles wrappers and dogs a dog poo'd right near the children's slide and the owner didn't even think to pick it up! Such a shame because it has so much potential but no one looks after it. Theres not much for the little ones round the area so dilkes park is really all we have within walking distance just such a shame that the community and the council have not took care of it... Could have been...

Nice space as a recreational ground/park. However in desperate need of a facelift or modernising mental benches for seating needs a lick of paint, equipment needs updating in the park only a handful of apparatus for children to play on, needs more variety and brightening up to be much more welcoming for all! I understand local authority budgets have been cut up and down the country but these areas are key to everyone's mental health...
