Pre ordered food via the “Just Eat” app. The restaurant confirmed the order and stated it would be ready for collection by 18:05 I went in to pay and collect by 18:10 only to be told that the food would be about another ten minutes. I was asked to take a seat whilst waiting and noticed the place needs a revamp as it looks like it was last decorated twenty years ago. Food was ready by 18:17 which was over ten minutes late! When I got home the order was correct which was prawn puri which was nice but would have maybe have been better if the puri was wrapped separately as it was soaked in the prawn curry. All the salads were in tiny food bags which didn’t look appetising at all. The chicken tikka was ok. The tandoori mixed grill was ok too. The chicken madras was not spicy at all and it was extremely watery. The keema rice was red in colour and tasted bland. I have tried the place now and I’m definitely not going to...

Bahji uncooked, stodgy revolting. Butter chicken no flavour and no sauce. Tikka masala vinegary Chicken pasanda curdled and so much sugar it was beyond belief.

Phoned to complain, said they can't refund, my wife said 'but we cant eat it' went away to Manager, offered '£18 of £38 ' refund, ' but we cant eat it!'.

Manager finally came to phone, accused us of doing this all the time, we haven't ordered from here for ten years. Wife said I want you to take it back., Manager continued to talk over her accusing us of trying it on.

We took it back, manager wouldn't come out at first, but finally did. We asked him to explain his accusation, he didnt think it was a problem because he did in the end offer a full refund.

Wasnt bothered in the slightest.

Ordered a takeaway on a Saturday night a chicken tikka masala and lamb biryani the naan was burnt and soggy and chicken was dry the lamb in the biryani was chewy and didn’t seem as if it was cooked properly, I rang to complain and the man hung up the phone on me, and said if you don’t like it don’t come back!!!
