Sawley Park — Attraction in Erewash

Good open space that is used regularly for football matches, etc. There is also a children's play area with equipment and a fenced basketball court too. Unfortunately their is usually a lot of dog poo left around the grass area, teenagers hanging around the children's play area putting off the younger kids from playing there and broken glass frequently causes issues for bike tyres. Antisocial behaviour has apparently frequently been reported here and I definitely wouldn't want to walk through here on my own late evening unfortunately. A great shame for the lovely...

Sawley park has many facilities for young, older and all abilities. Football pitches, multi use area and playground for youngsters along with large grassed area for general activities and dog walking. It's a great park and is suitable for kids of all agers. Teenagers do hang around the park from about 6pm, so I'd advise visiting before this time. I wouldn't mind but taking drugs under the climbing frame and leaving litter when there's many bins around is just not on however I understand there's not alot for them to do it the area but they could be...
