Think this is a good place to take your kids on a rainy day? Think again. Jump giants, or ‘flexibucket land’ as it should be renamed, has more holes in its roof than a slice or Swiss cheese, making for a very slippery experience on wet days. Quite ironic how hell bent they are on health and safety. Honestly I think even the Gestapo would visit here and think they’re being too harsh, bringing another issue to light… the way the staff talk to people. I saw grown men being scolded like naughty school kids for being in the same vicinity of their own children, while 10 feet to left someone else is slipping on a wet patch nearly breaking their neck. Do they care about that though? Na. Such a disappointment. Went to complain at the end but got told ‘we know your name’, like they’re going to show up at my house in the middle of the night and shoot me in the leg. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t be surprised if it was gone within 6 month. Sort your roof out and give it a clean!

Not the biggest trampoline place I've been to with the kids but definitely had the most to offer, very friendly staff who helped me with the sign in forms etc even though I arrived 2 minutes to the booking time (oops, my bad!) The cafe was spacious with plenty to offer food and drinks wise that would last you the 1 or 2 hours you book the session for if you're just wanting to chill waiting for the kids to finish. Two reasons it doesn't get 5 star, No1 it was bloomin freezing (and I know it's supposed to be cool to keep the kids from overheating) but this was super chilly, No2 was the monkey bars we're rusty, all the paint had come off, just needs some Gorilla tape but currently this is a health and safety hazard. Overall a great experience, I'd definitely recommend it!

My kids absolutely love jump giants! We’ve been to other trampoline parks in the north east and this one certainly offers the most and is the one the kids always want to come back to. Staff here are so friendly and helpful, we’ve always had the best experience! My daughter had her birthday party here, party host was brilliant, the food was fantastic and the party room with the lights and Bluetooth speaker came in so handy entertaining the kids! Other reviews about the roof leaking are so outdated, we were told by staff they had a new roof installed earlier this year and the place is completely dry.

Gary, it is with great sadness I write this review. My son and I have been coming to Jump Giants for over 5 years, we have had more than 200 individual sessions and were probably your only regulars. Being told we cannot jump together for safety reasons is a joke and you need to take some communication and people skill lessons from your daughter. We will never visit you again.

Discrimination against people with Special Education Needs is unacceptable. Our son is unable to talk and suffers from absentness, where he can become disorientated and needs the reassuarance someone is next to him just in case he cannot control his movements or has a blackout. We have been jumping on trampolines together now for over 12 years, nothing we do is dangerous. This was the only interaction we could have, he will never be able to play football with me or participate in anything else where we can gain enjoyment by each others reactions. This was the only physical exercise he did on a regular basis.

Take a look around .... having 2 or 4 people turn up for a session means something is not right. A freezing cold warehouse, with no heating, a leaking roof with slippery mats, buckets, wet cloths and cushions, equipment which is broken, monkey bars with sharp rust on the topside which cuts into your hands .... now that is dangerous.

You need to spend some money on looking after your equipment. Pay your staff a decent wage so they do not look miserable all the time and apologise for the behaviour of their boss.

We complained about a broken flush handle in the disabled toilet for 5 years, you just do not get it do you ! it is still broken.

Your prices are ridiculous.

We now go to Jump 360, it was packed, warm and everyone was having fun. We could do what we wanted and had a fabulous time all the staff are aware of our needs and their manager gave us support instead of exclusion. After all the support we have given you it would have nice of you to support us, but you chose not to.

If we had the time and money we would have pursued the discrimination, but there are more important things in life, like spending time with the people you enjoy being with and having fun.

From a very...

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star! The staff were rude as hell. We turned up with a 6 year old and paid for 2 adults to accompany him, we were asked to fill out waivers in which we did however we were not advised that there was a height restriction in certain areas therefore could be a potential the 6 year old may not be able to get on the Ninja warrior. When my 6 year old was half way across the Ninja Warrior with his grandad I was then approached by a female member of staff asking if he was my child and could he come back and stand against the height board - in which he did and he was a smidge off the line but was stoped on going back on, following this we went to the back of the jump giants and he went on the balance beams only to then be told not to “play” with the soft cushions in case they got in the “eyes” first time I’ve ever heard this yet beside the balance beam was trampolines you can jump into them.. 10 mins in my 6 year old realised he could bounce on a trampoline in his back garden if he wanted to and wanted to leave - we approached the reception staff to advise that they should make people away especially with younger children considering the price you pay to get on, we were then greeted with a very rude “manager” who advised in 5 years of being there they’ve never had a complaint which I find very hard to believe considering the reviews on here now. I think yous need to train your staff nd “managers” on mannerisms and dealing with complaints - we were told that the height restriction is in the waiver which is a lie and as well as being in the waiver it states we are suppose to watch a “safety video” which this did not happen neither so clearly NOT obeying by the rules of the trampoline park. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all,,, it appears to be all money...

Firstly I will say that I used to love bringing my children here. We used to come at least a few times a month. Unfortunately it seems to have went downhill.

We attended for the Xmas special event which I will say that the children did enjoy.

The staff members have all changed since I was last there (and the place does appear to have a high staff turnover) unfortunately they seemed quite inexperienced in the roles and the whole place didn’t seem to be managed very well at all.

The cafe prices are extortionate and so are the actual trampolining session prices. Unaffordable for many families at this time! There was no coffee available or slush for the children. Just a cup of tea or soft drinks (which were so expensive)

The hotdog which came with the Xmas deal was absolutely horrendous. It came in a “rollover” hotdog box and packet but was half the size (like what you would make at home with a finger bun) and was definitely not a normal rollover hotdog which you would buy.

Lastly, we tried to make some purchases just after 8pm when the childrens trampoline session had finished to be told that the cafe was closed and no one could buy anything? The children were thirsty and still hungry yet we weren’t able to buy anything? There was no announcement to let us know the cafe was closing either.

Overall, it was just so poor compared to our other times we have went and I’m afraid I would go elsewhere in future! It’s...
