Infinity Trampoline Park Inverness — Attraction in Great Britain

Crap!

I phoned at 1903 on Saturday 11th February 2017 asking what time they were open to ( I was told they were open till 10pm and turn up whenever), the cost per person, and explained I had never been so was unfamiliar with it all.

Firstly I couldn't hear the female staff member on the phone over the music and had to ask her to turn it down and then try talking again.

I then drove 17 miles and arrived at 2025 hours to be told by a female member of staff that the last session had started at 2000 hours. I mentioned I had travelled 17 miles to get there and had called not long ago prior to arriving and spoke with a staff member asking opening times and that I hadn't been before and she just said sorry we couldn't get in!

I had travelled with two other friends and the three of us were very disappointed. The place had maybe 5 kids inside already so appeared to have a good bit of space.

Very very disappointed, not worth travelling, or even contacting for such bad...

Went at 4:25pm , signed my 2 kids & my 2 nieces in to then be told that the kids could only stay until 5pm as they had a private function booked from 5pm onwards. The kids were really disappointed & the staff made them stand to watch the 5 minute safety video even though they have been there several times over the past few months, wasting more time. Before paying, we asked for a discount only to be told it wasn't possible (young boy serving us), so we had to pay almost £50 plus £5 odd for 4 little sweets. We couldn't go elsewhere as my car only has 5 seats, so my brother would have to walk or book a taxi to another venue at the other side of town... Staff are really miserable & most are very young and bossy to the youngsters... I'm really disappointed with Inverness for pre-teens to go to indoors at the moment... Kids were just getting a laugh when it was...

If you have any sense you would give this place a wide Birth. Took my twin boy aged 8 to this horrendous place and my 6 year old daughter. The staff were standing about swearing and when I asked to speak to a manager I was met with WHY. I explained this is supposed to he a place for kids and their language wasn't acceptable. I was then told by the manager that I wasn't allowed back because his staff no not to swear and I was lying. The language coming from their mouths wasn't just mild either. I only wanted to make their manager aware so he could just have a word with them. So if you have issues don't complain or you won't be allowed back, not that I would ever want to go. Innoflate is the way to go absolutely lovely polite staff and the places is spotless unlike Infinity. Good luck running a business they way you are with...
