I will never buy from them again and I would strongly advise everyone else not to buy from then. In store Matt was great but the company have given umpteen excuses as to why they keep missing delivery date, spent ½ an hour on the phone this morning and never got to speak to anyone. So now I will have to drive 60miles to the store.. Another week later, another fsiled delivery. 1 item arrived out of 3 and the 1 that arrived is damaged. Will anyone answer the phone? NO. So now I have to drive 60 miles to the shop to speak to someone AGAIN. Today we will be telling them to uplift the damaged unit, cancel the order and give us our money back. They have had our money for almost 5 months. I feel sorry for the people in store and for the delivery drivers. It's not their fault, but there is no one else you can talk to, unless the police would be interested in investigating them for fraud or theft. We were met by a crabbit guy (Not Matt, it was his day off) nothing he can do, customer service will phone tomorrow.(I won't hold my breath) Looked on their website, the items we ordered are advertised with 7 day delivery. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Stay tuned for the next episode. Nobody phoned Thursady. I phoned them late afternoon, they answered. WOW. I was told a customer service manager would phone Friday, it didn't happen. It is now Saturday I have tried phoning the store again. No answer. I can't go today as I am working.
