The Spot Leicester — Restaurant in England

This place was good when it first opened but unfortunately it’s gone down hill . My teen did a online order and when the food came it was very very disappointing, The burger he ordered had only a chicken breast and no salad or any sauces at all . Also my son ordered sauces for the chips and he got non! He made a complaint on the online platform and got no response at all ! By the look of things maybe the owner has changed as we never had a issue in before . Also the presentation of the food was joke! Won’t be ordering...

Ordered chicken burgers, was told it would be an hours wait, we waited and waited, 2 hours later asked for a refund but was told they would not refund, so waited another hour, so 3 hours in total! But instead of chicken gave us beef and missed out 1 meal completely, nobody eats beef so had to bin it. What an absolute shambles, arrogant and rude staff, cant see this place lasting long, which is no bad thing as would save any customers from the abysmal service and having to listen to their lies and illegal refusal...

Absolutely awful. I went there on my 30 min lunch break. Was told food be ready in 15 mins. I was alone in shop. After 20mins guy telling me 2 more mins. At 25 min mark I got up and saw they just put my wings on grill. I had to tell them to leave it, I had to get back to work. They were offering me my partial order. I told them leave it and keep the money as I was reading reviews whole waiting and I read they don't really give money back. I didn't ha e time to argue. I left never ever to...
