Normally I am on a scooter with flashing lights and music playing, sometimes with a big 5ft by 3ft flags but I have been removed from the Mobility scheme so I have no scooter. I'm disabled with spine damage and flattened spinal cord injuries in my neck, I have a piece of bone permanently applying pressure to my SPINAL cord in my neck leaving me unable to bearly walk, on top of that I had a hip replacement on 6th August this year and I have Extreme Clinically high risk servere C.O.P.D and 50% Emphysema. Read moreGreat spot to stop, get a sandwich and a cuppa, sit under the trees in the shade on on the many benches dotted around. There is a small free-to-use slipway to launch paddle boards or kayaks or swim. It was a hot sunny day when we rocked up. Loads of youngsters smimming and having fun.
