Cocklemoor — Attraction in Langport

Normally I am on a scooter with flashing lights and music playing, sometimes with a big 5ft by 3ft flags but I have been removed from the Mobility scheme so I have no scooter. I'm disabled with spine damage and flattened spinal cord injuries in my neck, I have a piece of bone permanently applying pressure to my SPINAL cord in my neck leaving me unable to bearly walk, on top of that I had a hip replacement on 6th August this year and I have Extreme Clinically high risk servere C.O.P.D and 50% Emphysema. Some lovely Areas that are a real Pleasure to Visit, however some Areas are not quite what you expect.

All in all lovely place to visit. However a few notes i hope they read and consider. Naming each area more clearly. Better sign posting. (There is lots of benches) but maybe change or add some picnic benches and built in BBQ areas like 9springs (yeovil), swannery (weymouth) and lydiard park (swindon) this would encourage families to spend more time in...

Great spot to stop, get a sandwich and a cuppa, sit under the trees in the shade on on the many benches dotted around. There is a small free-to-use slipway to launch paddle boards or kayaks or swim. It was a hot sunny day when we rocked up. Loads of youngsters smimming and having fun. Highly recommended place to chill, walk your furry friend or take a wander along the river bank. A true gem.
