Best commuter station one could dream of - 13 minutes to London Bridge! But if you need to get to King's Cross, Clapham, Victoria, Gatwick etc. etc. Then this station is ready to take you where you need to be.
PLUS! The two entrances make it accessible for the whole area - it's a small detail but golly is it useful when you fancy popping down to the Portland Arms instead of the usual high street evening.

Read moreWorst station if you have a buggy as lots of steps to platforms. Have been helped by other lovely passengers before but the staff are horrible. Either talking amongst eachother ignoring the customers or on their phones laughing away. The first time I used this station I had a newborn in a buggy and the nasty man who worked there just laughed at me when I asked if there was any step free access...should feel ashamed of themselves....ps thank you for customers who help...
Read moreAbsolutely wild to me that there’s an accessible toilet here despite the complete lack of step free access throughout the station. Plus the toilet was boiling hot, luckily I was tall enough to reach and turn the heater off. I was on my way home a few hours later so went to check if the heater needed turning back on but it was still plenty warm if you ask me. The toilet itself was also a little difficult to flush, and the lock on the door didn’t feel entirely...
