Not clean. People living in streets around the park seem to like to put their household waste and food waste in the park. It gets put around the bins which then attracts the animals who see the rubbish as free food and then the rubbish ends up all around the park. This situation with the bins in the park has got worse people are constantly putting their house hold waste in the bins and around the bins. Ever if the bins are overflowing people put their waste around the bins. This is happening particularly to the bins nearest to the entrances to the park. The bins furthest in the park have hardly any rubbish in them some always have no rubbish in them at all.
