Pop Pizza — Restaurant in London

I had to drop the 5* rating. I have noticed staff eating while preparing the food and constantly on their mobile phones. Mobile phones. smartphone can be dirtier than a toilet seat, harboring bacteria like E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus. Please consider gloves or constant hand wash practise. My family love your food and want continue to order. Thank you.

This place has officially gone downhill since new management despite giving it the benefit of the doubt on three separate occasions. I have seen no improvements whatsoever. It is disheartening to observe that the staff lacks any passion or dedication to their jobs. This lack of commitment reflects in the abysmal quality of their pizza, which, to be completely honest, is truly terrible.

My mother placed a order in person which was particularly distressing. When my mother requested to check her pizza while at the shop, a staff member denied her request without providing any valid reason. It is worth noting that every time we have ordered pizza from this establishment, it has consistently been burnt and tasteless. Terrible terrible experience, misleading information and misleading prices, this place needs to be reported, very unprofessional manager and unprofessional staff. They have different prices on their website and in person, when I called the manager to inform about this error she said that she’s not sorry and the website has nothing to do with the shop, I asked do you have a solution to compensate me as a customer who has just paid extra for less, she kept arguing with me back and forth even though I proceeded to tell her that I didn’t want to argue, I just want to be compensated, not in money but with the pizza that I should have got for the price I paid. Then she cut the phone off on me. During the phone call I asked multiple times if we could come to a middle ground, she gave none, there was no willingness to satisfy the customer in any way. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional, we have lived in the area for 10 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. This is evidence of people who do business for money and not for the passion of people....

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I have been a regular customer here for years but no more. Ordered nearly £50 of food for my niece birthday, took over an hour to get here which I can accept at busy times, the driver then called and was on the phone for way over 10 mins as had been given wrong address so when the food arrived it was cold. I called to see if we could get a little discount, as she knew the problems we were having. Wouldn't let me talk, every time I tried to say anything, she just shouted over me accusing me of wanting something for nothing after how much of a loyal customer I have been for so many years. I didn't want anything for free but don't see why I should pay nearly £50 for sub standard food. They expected us 2 wait for them to collect what they had delivered and wait for another order, so by this time it's gone 9pm and my kids needed to eat.
