To Great western Team, I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent services at your establishment. I’ve been visiting regularly, and each experience has been truly enjoyable – especially because of the delicious Punjabi food you serve. The rich flavours, authentic taste, and variety of dishes remind me of home, and it’s always a pleasure to enjoy a proper meal in such a well-kept setting. I’m very impressed with the facilities you provide. The parking area is spacious and convenient, which makes visiting stress-free, even during busy hours. I also really enjoy the outside sitting area – it’s clean, comfortable, and perfect for spending time with family. Being able to sit outside, enjoy a meal, and relax with loved ones is something I truly value. I would also like to mention Harman, who is a fantastic manager. He is always polite, helpful, and respectful.He speaks with kindness and handles everything professionally, which adds a positive touch to every visit.

WOW WOW WOW! This place is absolutely amazing!

I am Indian myself and I am very very fussy with food. but even this establishment did not disappoint one bit! This place is truly AMAZING!

DISGUSTING TREATMENT. I came here with six people. I paid for my meal individually, showed proof of payment multiple times, and was still completely ignored. I asked three times about my order — each time I was dismissed, talked over, or flat-out ignored by the staff.

It took an hour and a half for them to finally bring out my food — no apology, no explanation, just silence and attitude. By the time it arrived, I had completely lost my appetite.

The way I was treated made it painfully clear that as a woman, I wasn’t seen as a priority — or even as a real customer. The disrespect was loud and intentional.

And the food? Not even worth it. Bland, overpriced, and served with a side of humiliation.
