Updated review Aug 2025- It’s shame that I’ve had to update this review . We loved this soft play cafe but it seems you now cannot sit in the cafe area if you are only a customer of the soft play . We’re regular customers and usually do buy food and drinks at the cafe but on this occasion didn’t need anything. Not sure if the ownership has changed or something . My wife is pregnant and they would not allow her to the use the toilets if she did not buy an item from the cafe. She had to ask more than once! They also refused to give her tap water and said she must buy bottled water. It’s 30 degrees outside today and she is pregant which she told them . Terrible customer service . They also did not answer the door when she arrived and could see the staff member sitting on their phone not paying attention. It’s gone down hill almost overnight

I recently celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday at Playville toys game centre, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Everything was perfectly organized by Teodora, who truly went above and beyond to ensure the day was special and stress-free.

From the moment I shared my vision for the party, Teodora listened carefully to all my requirements and executed everything flawlessly. She took care of the decorations, food serving, and every little detail, so I could focus on enjoying the day. All I had to bring was the cake!

The venue looked stunning with her beautiful decor, and the entire event ran so smoothly, thanks to her incredible attention to detail and proactive help. It was such a relief knowing that everything was in capable hands.

This is my son's favourite play café, so he specifically asked me to have his birthday party here, and we were also pleased with the way Teodora helped us organise everything. The children were very happy as the play area has lots of toys for both quiet and active play. My son especially loves the ball pit with the slides. The parents were also happy because the play area is cosy and tidy. Our party was well organised, everything went smoothly, the party area was prepared on time and nicely decorated, the food was good and the children had lots of opportunities to entertain themselves.
