What a fantastic discovery! Thank goodness it was pouring with rain so we needed an inside event and found this marvelous museum.
Met at the door and briefed on the history of the collection (which was interesting) and then a super eclectic accumulation of materials from all area of UK life spread across many floors.
Shocking to discover that things I recall as current are now museum pieces (I must be getting old). The displays are well presented and the host I had were enthusiastic. The range of items is huge and there is surely something for everybody.

There is a wide variety of objects to see covering a range of interests and settings. Eclectic and a bit eccentric could be used to describe the wide range of things to see.
