Free to access. Have cows , pigs , Shetland pony , sheep , chickens , geese. In the shop can buy bags of food for £1 for animals they also sell meat and various other food items. Cows were lovely and friendly. Theres also an ice cream van outside which sells variety of ice creams including milk free ones. Theres a park next door also and free parking. There was toilets however they were so unhygienic the bins were all over the floor the floor was thick with dirt there was no toilet paper or anything to dry and hands and no other hand washing stations. Also as the staff there was only in the shop the animals were unattended and some nasty children were spitting and being vile to one cow so i had to step in as its parent was not interested at all. Overall good day out.

Wythenshawe Community Farm & Shop is a hidden gem in Manchester offering a warm, family friendly experience with friendly animals and a cosy farm shop stocked with fresh local produce. The farmstead feels welcoming and well cared for and the animals seem content and approachable. Walking around the various paddocks offers a nice break from the urban environment and occasional staff led talks add a friendly educational touch. Picking up fresh eggs, vegetables, homemade baked items, cheeses and preserves feels like supporting local farming. It makes a great outing with kids or a peaceful solo stroll and an easy stop for wholesome farm food near the city.

Lovely farm, really friendly & helpful & funny staff. Great selection of meat & cheese & we love the fresh eggs for sale (we bought 6, some double gloucestershire & burgers). We also loved all the plants for sale so much the kind gentleman had to give me a large basket so I could carry everything I was buying & then I was able to buy more of course. They also sell feed so you can feed animals .We loved seeing the animals too especially Amba the cow (great name by the way). We will be back when we are there for the food festival. We also made a donation. Brilliant place.
