I was fed up with food delivery because the food they deliver is different from the food they serve at the takeaway. A few weeks ago I went to this place and ordered Shashlik Lamb and requested the guy on the counter to pack the Nan separately. The guy was taking delivery orders on the phone worth of hundred pounds. He tried to ignore me. On my persistence he became very aggressive and rude and asked me to leave. I only asked him to pack the Nan separately because I don't like soggy Nan. I was prepared to give him extra charges for this. These people are there to earn money but are not prepared to give good service. Covid 19 have given a boost to their business in the form of deliveries. They pack rubbish in the deliveries. When customer is physically at the shop they don't like it and try to turn him away. I urge people not to order deliveries too much and try to eat in if possible and if rules allow. You will get lot better than what is...

Do not order!!! The food was cold. The prawn butterfly 🤮 never seen anything more disgusting in all my life! Grease filled mess absolutely minging. We ordered popadoms... with mango n chutney The popadoms didn't come. So the mango and chutney were no use no ornament. The prawns hadn't be de-veined. So we were eating prawn poo!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 saw this on the first prawn ... so didn't eat any of it. And the "garlic bread" was just bread. Urgh.

Absolutely rank! So disappointing... what a waste of £18!! Never again! Just praying I don't get food poisoning. 👎 Oh .... there were two nice elements... sagaloo and korma...

We just had a takeaway from here, our order included 3 main dishes, rice, chips, nan bread and poppadoms. The food tasted excellent, portion sizes were good and it kept warm for our short drive home. The only negative was that there was a lot of grease on top of 2 of the dishes and this spilled into the bag and consequently went everywhere. The atmosphere was marked down purely because the waiting area is looking a little tired and could do with a refresh. That being said I'd rather have nice food than a fancy waiting area.
