This place is amazing. All enclosed so parents can sit and enjoy themselves while children play. They have mini golf for small children (free), and a bouncy castle. An arcade and games for the older children. Various other games around the room for older children. Then a whole climbing soft play area all enclosed behind a mesh so you can still see them at all times. There is a bar upstairs for food and drinks which do take away coffee to. Phew. This over looks the whole area. Or you can go inside the restaurant and have a sit down meal. Then in the air they have a rope assault course to traverse the room off the ground with a harnesses etc. Or a climbing wall. These cost extra those which have to be booked in advance. It's only flaw is that the stairs going up to the seated eating area is not roped off so my 4 year old went wondering up there. However once up there, there is nowhere to go, and is safe to not jump off. So she came down again, so is a very minor thing. All in all.. amazing for kids. Great for parents. Oh forgot to mention they do, baby sensory, messy play and have a baby sitting service there to. They also did other things we didn't have time to do....

Read moreWe went for a Monday-Friday stay lovely place!. Very environmentally friendly which was nice. Very clean place and well looked after. Staff were lovely. Swimming 🏊♂️ was free the hive indoor play and serendome were free but activities are all to payed for which can be pricey. Really liked that there was a free little train that stopped through out the complex if you don't want to fork out £150 for a buggy hire. We did have a lovely time but would only recommend for a weekend stay. Everything shuts by 6.30pm. Including the only on site shop. No evening entertainment apart from the Thursday where the serendome stayed open till 7.30pm. So my 12&7 year old found the evenings very boring. which then ended up in us having to leave complex most nights Which is why I...
