Wanted to do something on a whim given the time of the day and found this place via Google - what a lovely find 😊 >>>Is it Value for Money?<<< Yes! We went as a family of 3 and it cost us less than £10 each whereas there are other venues of the same nature and type who are charging literally more than double the price!!! Don't believe me? Have a Google! >>>Is there much to do and see there?<<< Yes. We didn't really know what to expect given it was our first time but we were pleasantly surprised. There are plenty of climbing apparatuses and frames for the children, including trampolines and an inflatable bouncing area. There's also a small but good selection of animals on show for everyone, including rabbits, horses, ponies, sheep, goats, chickens, etc. >>>Anything for the Adults?<<< There are plenty of sitting down/resting areas spotted around the venue which is definitely welcomed. >>>Is there food available on-site and what's it like?<<< Yes, there is a cafe/restaurant available but it really isn't our type of thing - if I'm honest, a bit bland to put it politely. Had nachos and it was pretty simple as it comes, the cheese was seriously lacking and they had no jalapenos (even as an optional). There is a refreshments hut outside as well which serves ice cream, hot and cold drinks and snacks. The options aren't amazing but served the purpose. If the management is reading this by any chance, I'd definitely look to improve the entire food/drinks options as this is where you'll be able to maximise your incremental income - I'm a foodie and believe me if there was a better option of food, I would've gladly spent more money given that we were captivated. >>>What are the staff like?<<< The staff are friendly and polite 😊 >>>Do you have to pay for parking?<<< No, the parking is FREE and there are ample car parking spaces available, including an overflow. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place, you just can't go wrong with the amount of things they have on offer for the children to do vs. the actual cost of entry vs. competition. Thank you to the Washbrooks Family and please keep it up. 😊

It's not an all day thing, I took my 15 month old daughter here one sunny Monday morning and it was really lovely. All the other children and parents kept their distance (covid 19). It was a little busy but not rammed, lots to do for the little ones. It has a huge outdoor area for children to play in. Very safe and even have guidance for parents to get on said play apparatuses to help with little ones. Has a small semi indoor area for animals to be seen by the little ones. There was glass panels from floor to waist height so no needing to pick up children for them to see animals. We had lunch and the staff were very nice and accommodating, we had 3 adult meals with drinks (and a milkshake) and a children's meal all for £30 which isn't breaking the bank. The food was lovely, the milkshake was really good and there was a souvenir store. The store was ok I feel it needed some fridge magnets or something along those lines. Again it wasn't too expensive however I could see us ending up spending alot of money in there. Even the staff there were chatty and told us the farm is still owned by the original owner from 20 years ago. All family and friends run. Adult entry upon writing this review was £7.50 which might seem alot but if you think about it. This price goes onto paying for the animal feed, the upkeep of the very large play area and the staffs wages I think it's not expensive especially since we spent 5 hours there. Overall it fun morning out with some nice ice creams and some great memories to go home with.

Wonderful place for children, perfect to fill days during the summer holidays and a good price compared to other farms with children’s activities in the south east. We’ll definitely be back this summer! It’s basically loads of playgrounds, sand play, a soft play, a trampoline park and ride-on toys all in one place plus animals and a beautiful natural setting. We packed a picnic and spent 6 hours here with an 8yo, 5yo and 2yo. There’s loads of picnic tables in the sun and in the shade. The barn was a huge draw for my children who loved looking at the animals multiple times throughout the day. The kids (baby goats) and piglets were super cute and the farm staff working in the barn was happy to chat and give us some more info. On a hot day (28 degrees) the barn and soft play felt quite cool. We stopped at the tea room for ice cream and coffee, and I thought it was lovely that they had toys you could bring to the table and colouring. All the staff we encountered were lovely, the other families were lovely and children were just enjoying themselves— running, jumping, climbing and getting sandy! Definitely child friendly and Autistic friendly, as there is so much to do it doesn’t feel overcrowded even on a busy day. Lots of parking, although only two blue badge spaces I noticed, but we still managed to park close.
