Ordered a takeaway Tarka Dall and meat samosa to supplement a family homemade meal. When we went to collect they had forgotten the order so we had to wait for it to be prepared. When we got home and the rest of the food was ready we found that we only had Tarka Dall and no samosas. Disappointed we ate our meal. Later the same evening we called to explain what happened and were told it was too late to get a refund. I ended up having to go back to the restaurant with the empty cartons and receipts. I was accused of swearing on the phone which was a complete lie! Then threatened with forceable removal from the building. They then said you want a refund here it is and threw a £10 note at me.
