No good for under 4s. They have a separate area for under 4s but it’s absolutely stupid that an adult (even a paying adult) cannot accompany them in that area. Basically they expect you to let your baby just go in and play alone while you stand outside. I don’t which child below 2 would get into it unaccomphanied. Defying logic, they asked us to take our little girl to the adults section because she was too little to go in alone in the under4s area. Older kids were running around like maniacs venting steam and we were scared to let go of her hand even for a second. Different members of staff kept telling us different things, there was no common understanding of rules even among them. Elder kids were found chilling in the under 4s ball pit but ironically the people who wouldn’t let us accompany our child there chose to ignore a bunch of 8-9 year olds playing there. The cafeteria doesn’t have enough vegetarian options. The adults and elder kids however seemed to be having a crazy time. Might be worth a try once our girls over 4 and hopefully the staff have sorted...

Wouldent even leve a start if a could but have to to write a review what a shambles this place is have no experience with children i took my 4 year old daughter today and was met by no staff at the counter and a horrible attitude when i did find a member of staff there was a private party going on and my daughter asked for a paper head band witch she was told no the lady hosting her childs party said it was ok as there was pleny spare as my child had a melt down as she is very sensitive due to having autism the lady hosing the party was also very shocked in how the staff tret my child even though she said she could join in the staff they proceed to put the hat in the bin and said no she carnt have one i explaind that my child has autism and dosent understand when she carnt have some thing and it is very stress full for her absolute shocking and no awareness of childrens needs neva again will i go hear i though places like this would have a better understanding of a child with a disability considering its...

Great place for the kids and great to wear them out ! There is a member of staff who works the snack bar who is simply great. I have visited with a friend and my daughter and his granddaughter and both of us have worked in Quadbikes, paintball and Go Karting venues as managers. Both said that this girl is a credit to the business and herself. Never stops working and never stops smiling and is so friendly to the kids and parents. Nothing is a bother to her ! Inflationnation this girl is doing you proud, get her to teach the girls on front desk to get half of her happiness and customer service and you are on a winner.
