Absolutely amazing, reminds me of the parks we had 30 years ago. There's so much on offer for a range of ages. We went today for the additional needs day (Sundays and Mondays, closed to public but open for families with children with additional needs) we had a 2 year old, 6 year old and an 11 year old and everyone was entertained and challenged in a fun and safe way. There's even pigs, rabbits and Guinea pigs. There's a meadow, a court, climbing frames, swings slides, playhouses, balls, scooters, bikes, skates and ride ons and much more. Read moreWas a rare find ran mainly by kids who are fantastic they are overlooked by adults!Its in the middle of a housing estate was a mish mash of wooden houses, wooden climbing, frames old tyre swings,balance bikes,big bikes,scooters, rollers boots,barrels for the kids to roll down the hills in zip lines a football basket ball court i could go on and on theres also rabbits pigs and guinea pigs our kids who are 5 and 8 absolutely loved it they do snacks like hot dogs crisps wraps...
Read moreJust came back from our grand daughter Nell s birthday party at Shiremoor Adventure Playground , somewhere for children to play and have proper fun like the old days but with roller boots bikes scooters and more ! The animals , garden and pond added lots of interest too.
