Small park in central Wrexham, built during a bygone Victorian age, it has a great playground for kids, a free tennis court and basketball court for the active, a large open playing field for football, and outdoor gym equipment. It has a perimeter walk that is perfect for walking a dog, and a raised seated area with magnificent views over the countryside beyond Wrexham. There is a memorial garden to honour the service men and women of Wrexham, and a bandstand, which although I’ve never seen being used, serves as a focal point and meeting place for people coming to the park. Add to this the abundance of squirrels that populate the trees, and it makes for a very lovely place to be, and a refreshing change to the hustle and bustle of Wrexham’s city centre.

Bellevue Park is an Edwardian park located in the town of Wrexham in northeastern Wales. It has a rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 stars on TripAdvisor based on 46 reviews. Visitors have described it as a lovely experience with plenty of space so it doesn’t feel crowded but you’re still able to feel like you’re in a friendly environment. There’s plenty to do for adults, kids and dogs too. Specially the greenery has a different appeal to it. Loved it and highly recommended.

Such a lovely park. Good for dogs, children or friends - Lots of squirrels around and lovely flowers in the summer - 2 play areas, tennis courts, football and basketball area, bandstand and outdoor exercise equipment - lots of bins, very convenient But be aware no toilets or food options. In the summer there is usually an ice cream van though šŸ¦ Highly recommend this park

My x2 dogs just love their walks in Bellevue Park. Such a lovely place to walk. I will say that it does need an on site warden patrolling if I'm honest. There are occasions that there are people over indulgent on alcohol which can be intimidating, especially wen they have bigger more dangerous dogs, at times not on leads. I've had a few scary intimidating moments. Even though I do like to go there for a walk and chill out? I do find myself more and more vigilant, constantly looking for dogs off leads or drinkers, which spoils it slightly first responsible dig owners or...

A really nice place to take the kids or walk the dogs. There’s free sports courts and kids play parks and there’s many benches to sit on around the whole park. The toilets are 20p, but are sometimes not the cleanest or don’t work. I saw a few empty drug packets in the bandstand so definitely wouldn’t let kids there unsupervised just incase. I also saw a homeless man sleeping in a red sleeping bag in a bush as I was on my way out, definitely not safe for the kids. So, it’s a lovely place to go but just...
