This store appears to be closing down. I think most people prefer shopping online these days. The store has limited stock, and the staff seem extremely disinterested in customer service, with many having minimal knowledge of the in-store products. I have been going there for several years, mainly for Wickes and Halfords and now there is a Screwfix (where Maplin used to be). Pets at Home and Aldi are also quite useful.
