We spent time in Burry port 3 years ago and had a lovely time, so we came back to find a different place not helpful and not a nice place to visit, if you are going to fine visitors for high of there motors then you should have a high bar fitted. If you police the car park then you should police the Bridges too as cyclists are riding over them with no thought for wakers, or is it to mutch of a problem for you to CASH in on it as motorists are so easy. I will NOT EVER recomend people to go to Burry Port, I can see now why so many places are empty. Read moreHad a visit to Burry Port Beach yesterday, it was a Saturday morning and a bank holiday weekend but it was very quiet. The beach is big enough for a 20 minute walk and good for the dogs to have a run on. A short walk from the beach takes you up to the view point and a little walk from there is a cafe serving crepes and tea /coffee. Beautiful little coloured house along the sea front gives it such a lovely feel as you walk along.
